Strength:

Very strong amp. It is a must have if you can find one, They are very hard to find.

Weakness:

I would like to have it be 1/2 oms stable. I would love to see 1200 watts RMS out of this amp, but I don't think it could handle it.

I just got my TC 600 and I lucked up. I found on brand new in the box on e-bay for $250. I have it hooked up to 3 JL audio 10w6's and it slams. I have it bridged and there are no issues.

There is a bridge funtion to use one speaker but I have never seen one which can handle this power. The best use is 2 speakers in bridge for the best peformance. It has a smart cooler which will turn faster when more power is needed.
It has no fuses and 2 power connectors. It must be fused with minimal 80A fuse.
There is no tone control or subwoofer filter, only a adjustable 50Hz basboost.
A very stable power is needed so I suggest to use a 1F capasitor near the amplifier.

The TC600 is a vary dynamic, clean and powerful. The amp can play anything vary well and is built to the highest quality
with the best internal components for a car amplifier.

The amp is the best built I have ever seen and sounds just as good.

The TC600 will dish out all the power it's got without breaking a sweat. I've run it in several installs:
2 - 6 1/2" Bazooka subs... well, 200W into each of these babies was a little much, but they tried their best to keep up. Basically beat them to death though, until I had time to make a box for...

1 - 15" JBL 1500GTi... rated to handle 1000W continuous, this speaker could definitely take all the TC600 made. I once managed to drive it hard enough that I blew the 100A fuse on the amp, but I suspect it was a faulty fuse. Anyway, with this sub the TC600 produced VERY clean, musical bass that was deep and hard enough to literally blur your vision at high levels. One problem: the TC600 is not stable into anything less than 4 ohms when it is bridged mono... the 1500GTi has a nominal impedance of 3.2 ohms at certain low frequencies, so running it too hard would cause the amp to shut down if there is a really hard hit at that frequency. Other than that, no complaints.

Current setup:
2 10" Infinity Beta subs... probably the best sound I've pulled out of the TC600; it simply won't quit. Great lows and transients. Unfortunately even running 200W into the Betas, the TC600 can exceed their physical limitations and bottom out the voice coils. It's only a matter of time before I kill these subs, as nice as they sound.

Next likely setup:

1 Ground Zero Nuclear or 1 Digital Designs 9010... either of these can handle (and in fact would LIKE) more power than the TC600 can put out, but this is a hell of an amp so I think I'll give them a shot. They have about 3 times the linear excursion of the Betas so one of these should put out plenty more volume than the betas were capable of.

In short... if you can find one of these amps, BUY it. You'll find something it's very good at.
