The thing burned the hand of a sales person at circuit city when i returned it I paid $250 for it at circuit city. I went home and hooked it up to one Kicker XPL 12" sub. The guy said the amp would have no plroblem pushin the sub since it put out about 325 watts rms rather then the 150 it says. Well i had it runnin for about an hour and i had to get it out of my car immediately because i was scared it would start a fire in my car. I have never touched an amp as hot as this one. Maybe i got a deffected one but if not these things aren't what they say they are. Similar Products Used: None |

Just bought it, great amp. It's way under rated, 37.5@3 ohms at 12V but mine is 69 watts@4 ohms. I bought it at Circuit City for $249. I have the MTX 4000 10's and man I got them hitting at the max. They hit hard but I think they wanna hit more.
Weakness:
None so far Paid $249 and I would recommend it to anyone what is looking for a power amp less than $300. Similar Products Used: MTX 4104 |

The Thunder 152 is small but pounds my 12" 400watt sub! Souds good with no distortion, or making the sub vibrate! Good buy for little money.
Weakness:
So far I have not expereinced ant problems or weaknesses!!!!!!!! I would recomend it. Strong amp! Paid $269.00 and worth it. Stylish and performs grade A. Nice amp for powering a 12" or 2 10" subs. Similar Products Used: none in it's group of performance! If any Alpine V12. |

Very powerfull, sounds awsome, pushes my two JBL 12's no prob. small and compact, dont let the size fool you though, this amp kicks just as hard as any of the larger amps.
Weakness:
nothing so far, tends to get warm, but hey no biggie overall this is the best sounding amp i could have posibly found for $250.00 bucks. with the sound quality along with the power, i would have expected to pay much more. Similar Products Used: MTX 2100 |

puts out way more power then it lists!!!!
Weakness:
gets hot hot hot!!! then again i live in Arizona, what the heck doesn't get hot!!!! It is great, has awesome power--i use it to power a 12" Infinity sub in a sealed box--POUNDS!!!!!!! Similar Products Used: JBL 75x2 amp I forget the model # |

Produces CLEAR, POWERFUL, music.
Weakness:
None I posted a preview over this amp before and now I'm back again, Now my 152 is hooked to my 6x9's in the rear and I have a more powerful amplifier for my Subs. My rear speakers rock now that I have my 152 pusinbg them. Adding a amp THIS DAMN GOOD to any kind of speakers and you WILL notice a clear difference This is a great amp any way you look at it.
