Strength:

good sound, looks great, pushes my speakers just fine. never over heated, never cut out.
4 gauge gold plated power terminals. very nice onboard crossover.

Weakness:

not 1 ohm stable. Draws lots of power!!

Probably puts atleast 980 watts mayb more. I really like this amp for the price. Got it at bestbuy for 150 i think? It handles my 2 10" extended low frequency dual voice coil drivers handle a 1000 watts each that i run at 2 ohms stereo. And it pounds.

Strength:

-980 Watts, for around $100!! How can you beat that??? - Fully adjustable subsonic filter from 30-125Hz -24dB Bass Boost -Looks great with the blue lighting

Weakness:

-Does get a little bit hot, but I am putting a strain on it with 2-ohm load. -Never been a fan of set-screw power connections -4x25amp fuses, and 4GA power connections means it draws an EXTREME amount of power... Make sure the electrical system is up to it!!

Bought this amp to replace a Pioneer 760watt amp that I fried on my 2-12" Alpine Type-E subs. First off, this amp looks great, especially at night. The controls and the wiring areas are illuminated in bright blue lighting. Aside from looks, this baby POUNDS!! Its rated 980 watts max, and its probably close to that!! Baby has 4x 25 amp fuses in the side of it so, it really draws some current. According to the manual, its only 4-ohm stable in bridged mode, but my subs are 4-ohm each, and I have them hooked in parallel, and haven't had it overheat or shut off on me yet!!! It also has great controls for such a cheap amp. Gain, Bass Boost, Subsonic Filter, separate LPF/HPF filter settings. Definatly a good budget amp!!
