At first I thought this amp wasn't good because i didn't know the name brand but i know that where i was getting it from, they only sold good stuff. I bought and I'm really happy with it. I have a 2 ohm dual voice coil Phoenix Gold sub, it's a single 12" but it sounds better than other with 2 12's. The rating for this amp is like 450 watts RMS and 900-1000 watts Max at 4 ohms bridged
