Model Reviewed: 2000

Strength:

It has the most sophisticated design in terms of the chassis and the flip down face. The colour combination in the display is clear and the option for selecting between green or amber illumination makes it suitable for most car's interior. The sound produced by the system is precise, clean and entertaining. The beauty of the sound just makes me smile when i drive. The best part is that the system alone is already a masterpiece, using the internal amp and average speakers.

Weakness:

The only downside i guess is that if your cd is not text enabled, you will see NO TEXT as you select the tracks you want to hear. That makes it difficult to see which track you are selecting.

I paid $aus 650 for the unit and i love it. considering the strengths it has, the minor weakness can be ignore. I will recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent head unit in that price range.

Strength:

Cosmetics, features.

Weakness:

Can't disable cd text.

Great deck, has different displays that you can choose for fun. I don't know how the amps are on it becuase I'm using external amps. One thing I loathe about this deck is when you change the tracks on cd's, it has to say NO TEXT if the cd isn't text enabled. If it is a cd-text disc, it's cool. But when they aren't, it makes it hard to see what track number you are at.
