Strength:

Sound Quality, looks, the fantastic reliability

Weakness:

None, none at all, fantastic

This is an excellent CD player for me, depsite people saying it's very unreliable, it's been the most reliable CD player anyone could asked for, i'd had it for 2 year and it's never skipped a track even once, it sounds fantastic with the right set of speakers, i have 7" 3 ways in the rear with 6.5 splits up front and sounds fantastic especially with the BBE up, it sounds 10 times better than my mates Sony Xplod which is rated at 4x52 and this is 4x45, it has great features, looks great, and overall a top product by JVC.
