Strength:

awesome display, good power, good variety of settings

Weakness:

can't put your own videos on the display screen

This CD player is definitely a nice bang for the buck buy. The 20000+ pixel display looks amazing at night. The 50w x 4 mosfet power supply puts plenty of power at your fingertips. I have upgraded all of my regular speakers, and the loudest i ever turn it is halfway up.

Strength:

looks great, sounds great

Weakness:

no MP3 capability, takes a few seconds to adjust the settings

obviously this head unit looks amazing, and it's worth the price just for the looks in my opinion. but what really surprised me is how well it sounds. the MOSFET technoloy is great. it runs a lot of good, clean power to the speakers and you definitely don't need an amp (except the sub of course). for bass, the pre-out for the sub is great, and you can control the sub's volume and crossover from the head unit. s-hdb also helps out your bass, with tight or boom settings. the standard front/rear and left/right, along with bass/treble eq lets you adjust your sound to perfection. the receiver is pretty easy to use for changing tracks/stations and from CD to radio, but to change anything else you have to use the menu which can be kind of dangerous cuz it takes your eyes off the road. only other complaint is that it lacks MP3 ability, but you can always hook an MP3 player up to the aux input if you want.
