Strength:

Very few strengths
Low price for 2 sets of pre-outs and 1 sub out.

Weakness:

Skips when I fart (almost)
short range on sub, bass, treble controls
bunch of useless junk (like a dog running down the screen)
had to crank my amp gains all the way up, difficult to balance the sound
when switching to CD it's about 10 times louder (scares the sheet out of you for a while)
anyway - stay far far far far away from Sony Junk!

300 - would NOT recomment!!!!!!

Similar Products Used:

Panasonic - similar but much nicer unit, did'nt skip, and had much more control over the sound. Like switching from bluegrass to Chemical Brothers you need to adjust. Both about the same price

Strength:

Doesn't skip, good clean power.

Weakness:

Not a huge fan of the track up/down lever. Display is a little small compared to my last one (Blaupunkt Houston).
Face is a little tough to get on.

Bought it open box from Best Buy for $50. Had to buy the harness from Sony for another $30, but I'm faily pleased with the product.

Don't listen to everyone that says it skips. I drive over some very potholed roads daily and it has yet to skip. Just make sure it's installed securely.

Good for $50 but for the retail price, look elsewhere.

Regards.

Similar Products Used:

Blaupunkt Houston- a little cheaper, but pretty much the same.
