Strength:

Quality, compact, 12-second ESP. DON''T BUY A CAR CHANGER WITHOUT ESP!!!! Ok, rant over.

Weakness:

Only 6 discs, if that''s important to ye.

This little beauty helps prove the saying that good things DO come in small packages. It fits nicely under the seat of my little Nissan Sentra, sounds great and performs perfectly. In this case spend the extra few dollars and go with the extra quality (as opposed to the standard "67" model): The manufacturer''s warranty is twice as long (2 years versus 1), the specs are better and most importantly, it has 12-second ESP whereas the cheaper model has none. In any mobile situation such as a car, I CANNOT OVERSTATE HOW IMPORTANT THIS FEATURE IS! The changer in our other car does not have it and sometimes cuts out when just going around a corner! If you''re unfamiliar with this feature, ESP ("electronic shock protection"?) is a data cache/buffer positioned between the CD read mechanism and the analog conversion process. If bumps are encountered causing the reads to fail, the device has time to correct itself before the failures become audible (i.e. before the buffer is empty and the sound cuts out). I''m no electronic engineer so don''t quote me, but I am a computer geek and that''s my interpretation of it. Another nice side-benefit of this technology is that while you''re hearing the final seconds of a CD, you''re hearing what''s in the "buffer" so the changer is busy loading the next disc. As soon as the song ends with practically no delay, the first song of the next disc kicks right in. I thought that was kinda cool, but then again I''m a geek...

Strength:

The best and smallest CD Changer, High quality, good working ESP, weight

Weakness:

NOTHING

The newest CD Changer of Sony is a very good product.I''m using it less than 1 month but I''m happy that I found such good product as this. It''s very small,it has Advanced ESP and a capacity of 6 CD''s. The super suspension shock isolation is very important in turkey cause the road are very bad.The sound quality is very good,I''m using the subwoofers and amplifiers of Sony XPLOD:
