Strength:

Very accurate center frequencies, tested with an AC RTA. Ok, so I paid $20.00 for it. The previous owner swore it "produced engine noise"...I knew it wasn't the EQ's fault so I gladly paid the $20. hehe

Weakness:

Uhm.......well, if I were to nitpick I'd say I didn't like the gaps at the upper midrange around 4,8,16kHz. True, it is an octave EQ up there...but the flexibility is missed when there isn't adjustability. Also, it's not Constant-Q like the EQT, but it's not supposed to be, especially being (again) an octave EQ.

The Automotive equivalent to Pro Audio gear (not Clarion...pro audio concert stuff, ya know). The build quality is there and the sound quality is better. I really like the input level LEDs, they really show which headunits actually produce the output voltage they claim. As a side note: almost none of the units I tested could make the 4 volt LED flash at max volume, using a 0 dB (max recording level) test CD. Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood, Eclipse....hahaha (ahem)
