    Strength:

Clear, crisp, clean, and extremely well balanced!

    Weakness:

    None...

Great component speakers! Superior highs and lows with outstanding detail. These have excellent balance between the highs, mid, and bass (strong bass). In comparison to the Reference 60.5 CS series, the Reference speakers are excellent, but can be a little "boomy" in the mid-range (almost sounding a little hollow at times). I think I like the Reference 60.5 CS silk dome tweaters just a little better than the Kappa's. They are a little smoother than the Kappa tweaters. However, I don't recall hearing as much detail as I do with these Kappa's. Don't get me wrong the Kappa tweaters sound great and are not even close to being harsh like many of the other brands.

These speakers reproduce music with extreme accuracy, especially male/female vocals. I''''m powering them with 100x2 watts(rms). I recommend using them with a seperate amplifier because of there low sensitivity.

    Strength:

Sonic accuracy. High power handling. Non harsh. I''m not even using an eq, or dsp. "Somebody say something bout sounding clean?"

    Weakness:

    I didn''t buy them sooner.

These are the best automotive speakers I have ever owned. They''re the cleanest things i''ve heard ,reproducing music the way it was recorded. Rugged enough to play a bit of mid bass for me, handle 90 watts rms, and are still sensitive enough to have me winning SQ competitions. Trust me ... I''ve been in this thing for about 15 yrs. They sound as good as high end home theatre bookshelf systems (as long as they''re properly installed)

    Strength:

+1 technology on the mid woofer and new ceramic based tweeters. the sound stays crystal clear and they look great, this is due to the new design and the loss of the dumb green color that they had on earlier models.

    Weakness:

    what weakness. These speakers rock!!!

This speaker i must say preformed very well. The highs may seem bright at times but not as bad as titanium made tweets. The mid bass is great and the sound of the speakers stay crystal clear. Right now i''m running the speakers with an alpine MRV-f407 and the sound is remarkable. These speakers kick ass. I was very satisfied with the component set and once again ifinity has came up with a great new product.
