DESCRIPTION

Treat your ears to a fuller, richer soundstage! Kenwood has adapted anti-diffraction home speaker technology to their Image Enhancer series car speakers. A smooth, domed ring around the PEI balanced dome tweeter virtually eliminates "bounce back" â€” reflected sound waves that interfere with direct sound coming from the tweeter itself. The result is wider "sweet spot" dispersion, less distortion, and more accurate mids and highs.

The KFC-1779ie 6-3/4" speaker cranks out full-bodied lows from its big pearl-mica injection-molded woofer cone with a durable rubber surround.

Strength:

clean sound, good bass, much more power than similar priced pioneer speakers and wayy better efficiency than other speakers... and it's still cheap.

Weakness:

none yet...

i had to cut up the doors a litlle bit because my '90 corolla doesnt have mounting holes for 17cm speakers, but it was well worth it. they produce a healthy, boomy bass with nics mids and exceptional highs... and besides, they have 45W rms power handling so you can push them as far as you can with any head unit and no way they can get damaged. a great deal.
