DESCRIPTION

The cones are a specially formulated titanium-coated polymineral selected for its superior internal damping qualities, excellent transient response, and low distortion. In addition to its unique appearance, the material is highly resistant to dampness and temperature extremes. The cone's curvilinear shape couples with a bullet-shaped phase plug to project tight, extended frequency response.

Strength:

- Crisp sound if you have it properly crossed over - Good power handling

Weakness:

- Took quite awhile to break in - If not properley crossed over you can hear the limits of the speakers

These are a nice clean sounding speaker. I have really enjoyed them but I notice you have to cross them over quite high of you will hear the limits of them I cross these over at about 225hz. They take alot of power I have them connected to a Soundstream Reference 604. I have these paired up front with a set of JL Tweeters very brilliant sounding. If you paired these up with a Mid-Bass Component then you would have an amazing front stage.
