Strength:

Good midbass and lower freq''s, high power handling (120w RMS). These sounded great with a 75w RMS x2 Lanzar Vibe amp, so I''m guessing they sound even better with 100 watts or more up them. Good with higher freq''s, negligible difference with 2-way model though, so do yourself a favour, save a few bucks and get the 2-ways.

Weakness:

Not the best Lanzar 6x9...Alumilite 6x9''s had more accurate and warmer bass response, and don''t cost much more. Cadmiums rock but I asked for a set of screaming speakers, not a screaming wallet. Yes, the Cad''s are pricey, but worth it if you have the dough.

I don''t actually own these speakers...will soon though. Got a demo at my local car audio specialists, very good sound for the price.

Similar Products Used:

Also had a look at Blaupunkt Overdrive 6x9''s to compliment head unit (Honolulu CD50) but these require 75w RMS up each of the 2 voice coils to run at their best...I think buying an amp to power 2x120
