I should write this review after breaking them in but here goes. They sound really good. I needed mid bass to carry my badass 12" sub for a full spectrum. I play modern rock, techno, and dance which requires a lot of midbass and highs. These are definetely doing the job. My system sounds awesome. I paired these up with the XS-F1721 (6.5") and Sony 1" tweeters. You do need to put the power to them. I am running these in parrallel with the XS-1721 using a Crunch 50 (2 x 25 W into 4 ohms). These take the power and love it.
