This sub has good bass and sound but it isn´t enough powerful. If i've had enough money i would have bought a stroker 18. Maybe the voice coil can handle 1000w but it wouldn´t work at deep bas

the bunk speaker!!!! i have never in my live heard some crap like this and im 22. i sold my liver to get the first and my dog for the second.

my friend farted louder then these subs. do NOT buy these, unless you like having speakers in your closet. my grandpa snores much much louder. go head buy them, even your mom will laugh at you. she will laugh at you even harder when she flexs on you with her 1987 ac delco's. hey the 80's called they want their subs back. if there was a rating of zero they would get a negative 10!!!!

This is one beast of a subwoofer. The materials used to build this speaker are the finest. I never have to worry about blowing this speaker with its dual-spider technology and the voice coil bias, even when I crank out 2200 watts to one single 12".

The price and air space would be the only drawback of it. But I didn't have to suffer the price because I found a place that sells them for $399.

It is an amazing piece of machinery if you can afford it. The air space needed is a pretty large amount as well, but just remember that a speaker that moves more air, which makes db and sound, needs more air to move. My truck can be viewed on this website under trucks. It's big and black.

it runs at its best only a 4 ohms any thing less mass distortion begins at around 130.00 db.. tkaes up far to much box space for spl it puts out

I love this sub and believe me, I have heard all the criticism by people who don't understand mobile audio, it has kind of an odd design and a high price. Some subs closely compare but they use the same basic design.

If you are truly considering pro competition and money is not the whole issue then go for it, you'll never regrett it unless an ammateur wires it and blowes it up!!!
I have two stroker 12s subs in my Nissan X-cab comp vehicle and they were installed professionally by myself and Aaron Lowe, at this moment I am hitting 157.3 db SPL. any other sub will do but they won't do this.

I HAVE A 3-WAY MB QUARTS COMPONENT SPEAKERS . MY OTHER AMP IS A MMATS LM2125 ( 2X125WRMS ). IF YOU ASK ME MMATS MAKE SOME WICKED AMPS , YOU SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER THESE AMP.

DON'T DISS THESE AWESOME SUBS , YOU UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE.

Well its loud, and its big, and its unique.

SOUND! ! Hard as hell to get it to sound good. 60hz BUUURRRPPS are all this thing can scream out. And with all these new SPL subs out, DDs, Juggs, GZ Pluto's, Shockers, the stroker is going the way of the dinosaur!

I heard a thunderbird at a comp the other day with 4 Stroker 12's in it. I Felt the soundwaves beating at my chest, even stainding outside, but is sounded like crap! NO SQ WHAT SO EVER! sure there are some that say that u can get it to good SQ with the right box, but why do that when you can get an Armageddon or an HCCA for less and have it sound just as loud and better?? Not a good deal IMO

This thing is a piece of junk. I heard the hype and the excitement but ther was no delivery when I put it in the car. This 12" is a rip off. I removed it from the car quick and put back my McCauley 7000 series car reference 10" sub. How foolish I was to think that there is a product on earth to compare. This McCauley 10" walks all over this stroker(and any other product I or YOU will EVER hear). I am glad that people probably don't know the name McCauley, because it makes my car that much more impressive. Most people in car audio have no idea what audiophile car equipment is.(McIntosh, McCauley, Heco, Kef) Don't buy a stroker, spend the time looking for a McCauley dealer.

I haven't exactly installed them yet, but from what I've heard I am going to be very satisfied. I look forward to them being in my car.

Expensive and too much box room even though I have a Continental.

Only pay the price if very serious and planning on having a very loud stereo. I'd definitely recommend to those who are interested!
