Strength:

Excellent performance for this price, and it''s even Diamond''s low line sub!!

Weakness:

none so far

This thing HITS, it''s well built, nice 2.5 inch magnet, rubber coating, large rubber surrounds. I was originally gonna get the JL 10W6, the guys at my install shop said, "Go for the new 2002 M3D101.2''s, they hit harder and are deeper than the W6''s. I said, "OK", sold. I had a customer box made, real small sealed encolusure, bout .65 c/f. I''m running a 500w JL 5 channel, 250w going to the sub. It does well at low volumes, and hits harder than my friends 10W6 at a noticeable difference. Have to take into consideration that they''re in diff. cars, but still, I''m happy with the D/A M3D101.2''s.

Strength:

Deep, clean, strong and accurate (not to mention a very small closure works great). Only $129 retail. Throw another $70 for a enclosure and ya got very nice bass for $200.

Weakness:

No weaknesses comes to mind.

I love this woofer. I have a VERY insulated trunk, and it blows clean, rich bass- right through it! The sealed enclosure only needs .65 Cubic Feet.
