Model Reviewed: KS 2500bp

Strength:

Cheap as dirt, good sound quality, push very easily, excellent for beginners.

Weakness:

Distorts badly on some songs, box takes up alot of space(I drive a van anyway so I don't mind it) doesn't pound nearly as hard as some higher end subs, plexiglass on box isn't sealed very tightly.

These are the first subs I bought and the main reason I decided to get them was because of price, and thanks to a friend who worked at Homier I only ended up paying 45$. I wasn't really expecting all that much but these subs are a very good value for beginners. I was able to push them with my old Jensen ALX2000 only running 40w RMS to each sub. At higher volumes and on certain rock songs the distortion can get pretty bad; the plexiglass isn't sealed all that tight either, but for 45$ who cares.
