Strength:

Can handle the power with ease!

Weakness:

None at all! Very well built.

Man all i gotta say is this wooofer bumps!!!!! Out all the Kickers i've owned this is it! I own the Kicker CompVR C15D 4 ohm. This sub sure packs one hell of a PUNCH!! for the price i paid for it. Also it doesn't take much power to make it play loud i got a Kicker ZR240 bridged to it in a sealed enclosure in a 1988 toyota corrola SR5. You don't wanna be in my car when the bass hits. I definitly recommend this sub to anyone! Go out and search out there for one of these before they become extinct!!

Weakness:

so far, absolutely nothing

Unbelieveable speakers, i paid $100 for both subs AND a QLogic sealed enclosure, best buy i've ever got, they pound hard, and loud, now all i need is a better amp :)

pound, can take tons of watts, very hard to overpower if hooked up correct.

Weakness:

i dont have money to buy more

I love them, i have the new model, my friend has the old ones and they suck, these are beautiful. I have two hooked up to a power acoustik e-pulse 1800 and my 2 12''s are louder then most peoples 3 12''s and my friends solo baric l7 15.

Pounds real hard. Will make everything on your car shake.Hits real low and real hard.

Strength:

LOUD, the bass carrys. I never have to honk anymore when i get my friends, They hear me blocks away and are waiting out side. The bass is punchy and booms. Sometimes it is just too loud for the type of music.

Weakness:

Other than the bass seems uncontroled sometime, there are none that find, other than there are obviously louder and better choices. If i ran a little more power i would probably start to hear some distortion. The only complaint is that because of excusion they tend to be off beat slightly on high tempo techno songs. (or maybe its just my amp)

I bought two Kicker 25th aniversery SE comps in a sweet custom sealed box with 1.7 cu feet per speaker, thinkin i couldn''t go wrong, i was right these things pound. Not quite as good a Fosgate HE2 but almost. I am runnin a 1000 watt crunch amp to them currently and it is pushin them hard. For the price (about what onw HE2 costs) they are great.

Strength:

High impact and pretty good lows and bass response in a Street-Bass Box.

Weakness:

None

I paid under $200 for two of the new 2001 CompVR''s off ebay brand new. They really boom. I don''t know much about the old CompVR''s, but from the reviews i''ve seen, the 2001 models are a great improvement. I''ve got a Rockford Fosgate Punch 800.2 amp running to both of them and they hit hard enough to make your head hurt.

Strength:

hit really hard. you wont need a big amp to push them

Weakness:

cant handle the power it takes to make them really bump

these speakers are good for begainers. they sound pretty good and hit hard but they blow really easy cuz they cant handle power worth a shiit. theyre supozed to be like 150 watts rms each and i blew two of them with just a 200 watt amp. no not becuz im an idiot but because the speakers are poorly made.

Strength:

sound quality is good.. quite linear and can go deep.

Weakness:

not punchy enough. lacking something the sound is not dominant enough.

Personally I like deep, tight bass and the kicker fails to deliver tight enough bass. The JLw3 and rockford dvc subs have tighter punchier bass. The sound quality of the kicker is not bad despite its shortcomings. I'll probably get a JLw3 soon.

Strength:

The sound that they put out was great. I can just say that they rocked. The best of all you don't have to have a big amp to get the sound.

Weakness:

nothing

I would recommed it to anyone who wanted to pay the price for great sound. These speakers are not just for compititions, but for normal use as well. If you want to sound great no matter what music you listen too you should get these.

Similar Products Used:

I think only JL's and MA's come close to this.
