Strength:

Good SPL, really hits hard and deep. I've noticed no flutter in the speaker as most 15" have.

Weakness:

The SQ is lacking. This is made for Bass Comps only, not for the everyday Rap/Hip-Hop listener..

I would recommend this for the serious comp personal who is willing to give up the space to do so. Keep in mind once you start that upgrade batteries, alternators, and Caps...starts to get very expensive for everyday use. The speaker itself is about $600, but if you have the cash and then your ready to win..comp....

Strength:

unbelievably loud!! i have 2 15's with a mmats 100hc 1200 watt amp on each one. the are behind the back seat and i average between 154 and 156 db.

Weakness:

havent found any yet besides the price and they take 4.75 cubes each.huge box! they dont blow like the other subs in this price range ex. stroker

I paid $500 each for 15's quite a deal. you can expect to pay $600-$800 each but they are well worth it. for competition you will dominate everyone and anyone with other brands and no other brand has this kind of durability

Similar Products Used:

stroker is probably the closest but they are not really very close at all 2 15's are lucky to get 153db without blowing

Strength:

very accurate bass, very very load. This is the loudest best sounding subwoofer i have ever heard also i think it is pretty much impossible to blow seeing it holds at least 1200watts rms flat out this sub is amazing

Weakness:

the only thing that sucks about this thing is the price and also the weight it only weighs like 100 pounds so make sure you got a good box for this monster

if you got 6 hundred bucks to blow by this speaker, get a huge amp and this will outperform many if not all 15 inch pairs of speakers this thing is unbelievable

kiker solobarics, any thing by fosgate and jl are weal compared to this thing the only sub that compares to this is a precision power pro 15 and that can't even touch this with a ten foot pole

Strength:

Loud as SPL...two of them in a car was extremely loud enough for me...i couldnt see straight, although it's his daily driver., And the two hit 156 before he modified his amps which adds another 1200 watts

Weakness:

Not exactly the best SQ, but what else would you expect from a SPL woofer.

I didnt personally buy any but i've heard and witnessed them. My local shop installed the jaime de la paz van with 8 of these massive beasts and 2 300hc's per sub. and with a 172db score, not bad...hey he won the comp in Arizona and won a nice bike.

Similar Products Used:

Many say that strokers are very similar...jaime's only competition was 12 strokers to his 8 jugg's...and the strokers tore apart all to hell.

Strength:

Amazing bass quality and sound. The speaker just can't be beaten. Everything is good about this thing.

Weakness:

The wieght and the price. Thats the only thing. Plus the size of the box. If you got the room, and the money, then go with these speakers.

Thiss thing rocks. I have 8 15"s and I can't sit in it. The spl and bass just blow me away. I have to kept my Knob turned down just to sit in it. I have 8 d100hc amps. I mean, I haven't tired any comps yet, but I'm sure I'll win.

Deep bass drop. I even have a tassel hanging from my rear view mirrow. So, all I can say is that it's never still. If you know what I mean.

Weakness:

So far I cannot find any weaknesses.

I have three words: Jugg-er-naut. That explains my experience with this speaker. I only have one 15' Jugg that hits harder than any 15' sub I have ever seen. Yes, it takes a lot of wattage, but overall, it is worth the money. Plus, a custom box is highly recommended.

Joe Joe, Do you not know anything? When you get that high up in DBs, you could Duble the total cone aria and duble the Watts, and still only get any where from 3DBS to as low as .1DB more out of the system. That meens if you were to take your 2-15"s then add 2 more just like them, than get amps to power them the exact same, the most you could even hope for is about 3 more DBs. you say 173DBs, you might could hit 173.5 maby "maby" when you duble what you have. And another thing, you didnt even say what comp it was....Out law or DAsh. You probly dont even know what that is. Out law they put the DB meter infront of your subs, and some times the port. DAsh, well they put it on the dash where it should go. You may hit 173 outlaw, but if you have not tuned your system out, you might only get in the mid 150DBs dash 160s (if you are lucky). I hope this lets you know how stupid you are.

I don't own this sub, but I hate reading reviews in which dumb smucks like joe joe, think they are hot sh$t. They is no way ur two RFL's hit 173. You wanna know why, one because they have to have a 4.25 inch xmax, just to make up for have the usable surface area of 10 in cone. Head over to termpro.com and check out the forum. They will set ur ass straight. RFL's can't even take 2,000 watts. They are underrated as hell. Not to mention they are "impossible to use for daily driving", exact quote from MTX. "They sound like ass", direct quote from db draggers who use them. They might put out some bass, but what good is bass if you can't listen to nothing but test tones through it. Even a DD beast has good SQ. So hear is the end, stop talking crap unless you can back it up, not to mention if you measured on the dash like you are supposed to you might have hit 160, but remember you can hit that with 1 Beast and they only cost 900 shipped, compared to the 2,000 for the RFL's. So remember stay cool, and to all Jugg owners, crank. It feels so good.

The Stunner x-treme audio vehicle consists of 12 MMATS Juggernaut 15 inch subwoofers. Powered by over 28,000 watts. We competed in the official EuroAsian DB shootout. We placed 9th with 184.3db. I highly recommend this speaker for serious competition attendants.
