Model Reviewed: Rockford Fosgate pl1-110

Strength:

Nice sound quality, no distortion. Rounds off my music very well.

Weakness:

none

This sub is great. It's perfectly tuned. It hits nice. I would look elsewhere if you want ear numbing bass that you can hear down the street. This was perfect for me, someone who drives at least 2 hours per day and wanted some thump to round off the sound. But don't expect to be heard down the block. This sub can rattle the trunk allittle though. I have it paired up to a rockford p3001 class bd amp. 150rms. Since this sub is designed with the box, it's tuned perfectly. Noone should buy a generic box unless it's sealed. Each box needs to be designed to the specifics of the speakers specs. Or it will sound off, bass just won't hit right.
