Hits hard on the lows, doesent take up much space for a 10.

i have yet to figure them out.

Ive had this sub for a while and it sounds pretty damn good for a 10 plus the lows are really loud. I am a kid and as my first real sub, and it was blown and my friend fixed it, it sounds amazing especially for a sub thats in a cabinet! i love this than i bought a 10" mtx and a 12" newer 2003 modeled sub and this sounds better than both! it never has caused me any problems except for the rattling in my closet that annoys the hell outta me but aw well.... its all worth it!

Distort when driven extremely hard.

These subs are great for the money. They are super cheap 10" MED power drivers. They hit hard and sound clean at moderate volumes. I'm powering 2 with RF BD500.1 parallel @ 2ohms

these subs hit pretty god for 10s, they are about all i can fit in my truck. I had to build bigger boxes for then because that are pretty deep. Good for the money but i wouldnt reccomend them

Loud Tight Bass! That sounds great.

This is a Great Subwoofer! I haveI tried a Punch Z 8" first that sounded good but popped at higher volume. Then tried a Cerwin Vega Stealth 3 10.4 but with only 4 screw holes I could not get a good airtight seal so it never sounded right. Then I spent the $109 bucks for the RFP3410 Punch HE and could not be happier. I have it in a .66 cu. inch sealed box with a Punch 160.2 amp in the back of my explorer and it absoulutely rocks. Don''t make the same mistake I made and try and buy a sub for under a hundred bucks. You get what you pay for and you end up wasting time swaping out subs. Not worth it to save $40.

I went through about 2 different kinds of subs before i got these. First, the punch z''s, and then the kenwood blue tornados. The punch z''s sounded okay for about day and then blew out. The kenwoods nevers sounded good so i had to return those. So I saved up some money and i got the Punch HE''s. I am so glad that I have these subs. They hit hard and loud, even if they are only 10". I have a two 10" sub box sealed with a 180 X 2 amp. I should get a more powerful amp cause these are like 200 RMS but i swear you dont need it. They hit hard already, Im afraid ill blow them out if i get any more power to them, thats how hard they hit. However, I do suggest that if you can afford it, get the 12 inchers. They get lower bass. Or if you got plenty of money to blow, go for the rockford HE2''s or rockford HX2''s (you will need a powerful amp for those). Even better check out some of the subs that Alpine makes. But for the money, the HE''s are the best buy ever.

Really Really Pounding sub for a really good price. Good Job ROCKFORD!

You have to tighten everything in the car down and have no loose objects that will rattle.

This is an awsome sub! I was running 2 12" kenwood tornado''s and I down graded (or was supposed to) to a single 10" Rockford HE. This thing is pounding more than my 12" did. Really clear sound that just makes anything loose on the car rattle.
