Strength:

- LOOKS! - NOISE/SOUND!!

Weakness:

- BAD FIT - PRICE

I have the DC Sports Twin Cannister Cat Back System and I gotta say it''s pretty nice. In terms of looks: it''s top notch. The stainless steel construction and the design of the twin cannisters are unique and eye catching. Just a few days after getting it, some people on the road while stopped at a traffic light complimented on how great it looked and he said he had one on order for his SiR too. In terms of noise/sound: awesome low tone to it. Not loud at all at idle but when you take off, it sounds real nice, real racy. Overall it''s not that loud, in the beginning, I say that because after you''ve driven a while, it tends to get louder. Install an aftermarket intake and combined with this exhaust, when you''re flooring the car and it hits VTEC, wow!!! it''s SCREAMSSS out at you. One problem I have with the noise is that during winter whenever there''s a lot of snow on the road (especially when changing lanes), it gets significantly louder. In terms of fit: Was very disappointed with this. You''d expect DC Sports would have it absolutely perfect and it''s not a cheap exhaust either. When I got it and it was installed, it didn''t fit properly, different rubber clamps as well as metal clamps had to be used to "adjust" it so that the pipe would fit. Without the adjustments the pipe would rattle against the chassis and the tailpipe would rattle against the skirt. Overall: The bad fitting problems were quickly overcome, although not perfect, I think the strengths far outweight the weaknesses. As for price, if you''re gonna get a cat-back system, it''s gonna cost you more than just a muffler so can''t complain too much there. It really looks and sounds great. I would recommend it. If you want to see how it looks like, email me and I''ll email you a couple of pics.

I just got this system for my Integra. All I have on my car for performance is this cat-back system so far and I can really feel the power. It is crazy loud and I got a good deal on it.

Strength:

Excellent fit and finish (although mine broke.)
BEST sound for regular guys (and gals) who like a little show.

Weakness:

B-Pipe snapped after 3 weeks. A friend, an experienced TIG welder who works for the defense department said that the weld was heated too much.

I was absolutely fascinated when the system arrived. Installation was very straight forward, and the fit was excellent. Now on to the rest of the story...
After having the system for 3 weeks, the pipe snapped just before the resonator. I have the DC System connected to the stock cat converter, and the DC Ceramic header (which by the way is a nice product); all the factory mounting hardware in the correct place. I like the exhaust (sounds mean but won't wake the neighbors at 2AM) but the customer service I received was TERRIBLE.
I called DC and talked with a service rep, and explained the situation. I explained that I had only had the system for 3 weeks, and it broke! He refused to work with me on getting a replacement part sent out immediately, which was very frustrating. Finally, after 8 days of pahone calls to California, UPS picked up the B-Pipe which is going "to be tested" at the factory.
Moral of my story: The product is excellent, the customer service was LOUSY. I will report back when I resolve the problem with DC Sports.

The BEST sound.
Customer service (very slow, but concise) improved once badgered of my problem (see the next review).

Weakness:

My system broke.

This is a follow up to the previous review that I submitted.
The problem has been resolved with DC Sports, who after 3 weeks finally rectified the problem (albeit slowly). They sent me a re-welded and re-sleeved pipe, which looks great and was repaired correctly.
DC Sports has now been put back on my list of good companies to buy from and deal with.

This is definitely the BEST sounding system, and it looks excellent.

Strength:

- Top quality finish
- Ease of install
- Nice tone

Weakness:

- Pretty pricey
- Increase interior noise from the exhaust
- pipe touchs my rear skirt...

I think DC Sports screwed welding the hanger on the muffler because it touches my rear skirt. Of course once the car warms up (exhaust too), it doesn't touch the skirt anymore since the rubber hanger most likely expanded with the heat. Either way I'm on the look out for a longer rubber hanger. Also did research before I bought it and people say this is a very quiet exhaust...NOT. The interior noise gave me a headache when I first installed it but not it's either getting alittle quieter or I'm getting use to it...your call. Of course the exhaust isn't broken in yet so the tone is gonna change.
