looks good

Weakness:

weighs same as stock minimal power gains sounds pretty much the same save your self $300.

Not as good as I had hoped. minimal power gains. it does look good under the hood but thats about it. I was expecting it to be lighter than stock but it weighed the exact same. It is almost identical to the stock manifold. for my car they only sell the top piece for some reason.

Strength:

--lightweight --No noticeable torque loss --smoother acceleration --nice enthusiatic growl from headers --noticeable pull in mid and high rpms --better gas mileage

Weakness:

--had a rattling noise under the car. Headers were hitting the heat shield where it met the cat. Easy fix. --header price and installtion charges (I think $250 would be reasonable for these headers--but of course I'd buy again even at $325)

Had DC Sports 4-1 Ceramic Headers installed at the same time with AEM Pulleys. Headers are about half the weight of OEM but are much bigger. Not much torque loss at low end (I think the pulleys helped out here) and a noticeably quicker and smoother acceleration through mid and high rev range. By smoother I mean the engine does not struggle to redline, rather it wants to pull more and does so with much less effort. Not only does the engine seem to want to pull straight through redline, the headers let out a growl. Pop the car into third on the highway and listen to the header--music to the ears. Haven't put the car on dyno to see the gains, but in high reving and high speed situations, the gains are noticeable.

Nice hp gains Looks Great I like the life time warrenty

Weakness:

Watch out for the installation charge. I payed 330 with shipping and 130 for installation. I had good power gains but i didn't want to spend 460 for it.

I just got the DC sports 4-1 Ceramic Header. It made a huge difference in my mid to high rpm range though I do have an AEM short ram air intake and a hks hyper exhaust system. It also improves my exhaust sound. It helps take the sound to the front of my engine. These headers look alot better than stock and are a lot lighter.

Very good product. Makes my engine bay look so much nicer combined with my CAI. I have these headers going into a Tanabe Cat back and the combination is amazing! I love this header! I have done lots of home work and the DC sports have been known to add the most HP.

Great High end Power Got rid of alot of misfires and backpressure Improvement over Stock Headers Less jerkier Shifts on my Auto Tranny

Weakness:

Price Not much bang for the buck at least not as us much as AEM CAI

The headers are decent at best, i got them used with very little wear less then 1000 miles and i cleaned them at home to realize their full potential, no real gain on the low end, but on my accord i did lose alot of those misfires as i call them from the engine, they are very noticeable if you have a after market exhaust and AEM CAI, just put the car in part and press the gas to 3000+ rpms, and release it, it's really quite noticeable, these headers got rid of that... on the stock setup accord i had 4-1 headers that honda gave me, but i think that's what was causing those misfires... anyways i think these headers are high over rated for their price, they really give you high end power but for low end, you only get rid of a few things... also the stock headers were 2 to 2.5 times heavier then the dc sports headers... also i had to buy new gaskets and installation came out to the price of brand new headers... the guy who installed them did however say that they were in really good shape and that they would increase my engine life... I also get much smoother shifts now, not that jerk that honda's are known for... Automatic Transmission is much more smoother now

nice looking, good power, reduces under hood intake noise

Weakness:

none yet

(2 piece model)This is a great header when used with intake/cat-back/hi-flow cat, really makes it smoother in the hi revs, maybe lost a tiny bit low-end, but quieted down intake turbulence noise greatly and kicks nicely on highways / hi-revving situations, no dyno tests, but definitely a noticeable improvement, had it installed at a shop, was glad I didnt go stainless, there were fingerprints on it after that washed off but wouldve been cooked on w/ a stainless setup, plus ALOT lighter and so much cleaner looking under the hood now

Good midrange to top end power

Weakness:

No flex hose for the bottom piece. Bracket for the bottom piece should bolt up to the engine block. JDM vs USDM. One headers fits all?

All around, it's a great headers. Good power, great sound. I got a JDM Prelude VTEC motor. The bracket on the second piece doesn't match up to the block to bolt in. Plus, it doesn't have a flex hose to absorb the vibrations. After a couple of years of driving, the flange (welding) between the top and bottom piece began to leak and eventually break (due to no flex hose.)

- Good Looks - Good Quality - Nice Performance Gains

Weakness:

None so far.

DC Sports is the name to buy when it comes to exhaust headers. On my civic, i was able to feel a performance gain, at least with AEM Cold Air Intake. The ceramic-coated headers make your engine bay look a lot better also. In addition to good looks, the header makes your exhaust system sound a lot more aggressive with VTEC engages. I would highly recommend this product to any import enthusiasts.

Strength:

-Great Power increase -Great Sound when VTEC kicks in

Weakness:

-Weak lower bracket causing annoying rattling sound

The DC Sports Ceramic header is great performance wise. I was able to knock off two tenth of a tick when I put it on to runa best 14.9 at 95.7. I only have an AEM Cold Air Intake and an Apex'i N1 cat back. The power and the sound has been great, but reliability has been just a hair on the suspect side. The lower bracket, on the second piece of the two piece assembly has broken 3 times since install. Oddly enough, the part of the bracket that is welded to the pipe ends up rattling against the oil cooler, 3 inches forward of the bolt area. Why this happens: I don't know. No weld that I have ever done has held, including welding two braces on either side of it. Other than this problem, its been a great header.
