15.1 SEC 1/4 MILE TO 13.7 SEC 1/4 MILE WHEN THE CRAP WORKS CORRECTLY ONE TIME A DAY .
Weakness:
BEEN TRYING TO USE THIS KIT FOR THE 3RD YEAR STARTING THIS SEASON . 2 NEW WINDOW SWITCHS AND 2 NEW CONTROLLERS AND 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WIRING IT AND IT FAILS REPEATEDLY. 1ST RUN FAST . 2ND RUN SLOWER AND 3RD RUN COMPLETE NITROUS SOLENOID FAILURE EVERY TIME UNTIL IT COMPLETLY COOLS OFF THE NEXT DAY AND THEN THE SAME FAILURE FROM BOTH CONTROLLERS EVERY TIME . NO HELP FROM TECH SUPPORT THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD AS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING .I HAVE BEEN RACING FOR 27 YEARS . THE SOLENOIDS AND ELECTRONICS IN THESE CONTROLLERS ARE CHINA CRAP . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE A ONE RUN THRILL SEEKER . INCONSISTENT FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A CHEAP THRILL . BETTER OFF SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON A SUPERCHARGER .IT WILL BE CONSITENT AND THERE EVERY RUN . |

instant power, easy install....
Weakness:
NONE I have an Intake, exhaust, clutch, flywheel, and 55 shot zex. Without NOS i ran 14.7 1/4 run. With Zex only using it in 3rd and 4rt gear I ran a quick 13.89. AWSOME PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY COOL COLOR EASE OF INSTALLATION

none GREAT bang for the buck. Easy install... very consistant spraying. My a/f ratio stays a little on the rich side even on the 75 shot. Went from 15.7 in the 1/4 mile to 14.3 in the 1/4 mile. That is a 1.4 second gain for $390... a supercharger cant compare. Similar Products Used: none |

Easy, Cheap, and safe power. No lag like turbo, but more power given than a supercharger.
Weakness:
Bottle filling, and winters w/o a bottle warmer(highly recommended even in summer) Everyone thinks nitrous is cheap power, and there right. Whats wrong with that. I had a 55 shot on my automatic 01 prelude with AEM intake and pulleys, DC header, and greddy exhaust. My car ran a 14.3 at 96 at the track. Nitrous is the safest, easiest, and cheapest way to gain horsepower. For one a super or turbo charger will cost around $4000.00 after buying the kit and the little estras that u have to add to make your car not crap out for stupid little reasons. And still after that, little things will happen because your car is constantly puitting up with the extra stress which eventually will lead to a blown motor or serious problems. The main thing that you have to worry about when you are running nitrous is your air/fuel ratio this I only had to worry about if I went beyond a 55 shot, and can be adjusted with a digital 6 by msd by retarding your ignition timing. Last Thing is that if you plan to run nitrous on a Vtec engine such as a prelude I do not recomend running over a 55 shot because of the car being so hi compression. Similar Products Used: Many aquantences with turbocharged cars. All had major problems and paid thousands of dollars to be beaten by a prelude with nitrous. |

Easy to install and is safe to use right out of the box with out any engine modifications

Make other bottle colors The zex kit is great and easy to install. I use the 125hp shot on my 5.0. When I hit the switch its like having another motor under the hood. The kit is safe I run hypernutectic pistons in my car and no damage has been done. It was worth time and money. It made my stang much quicker. My car looks stock so a lot of people try to race me when they do race me I flip the switch and all they see is my rear. It is great seeing someone with a fixed up car lose to a stock appearing mustang it redefines the term street sleeper. |

GREAT technology. GREAT price. EASY to install.
Weakness:
Haven't found any yet - just pure fun. If you don't want to spend the $ on a Venom kit, buy ZEX. I have had it for over a year - cheaper than the rest, and the ONLY (except Venom) kit that offers variable fuel pressure with respect to bottle pressure (always gives the right fuel to juice ratio). Also, ZEX uses solid state logic to engage the juice, not an unreliable micro-switch. YOU can program it to engage anywhere in the throttle range you want it to. P.S. DO NOT BUY N2O WITHOUT A BOTTLE HEATER - I found out pressure is EVERYTHING (get a Nitrous Express heater - best on the market). I'm using a 65 shot. |

purple very good shaved a second and a half off my quarter times, needs a decent driver not a pro item, i recommend racing for a while bone stock then work you way up to the juice, for those asking about if the product is quality, i cant say anything bad about it accept for the overuse of purple, and if u want to hide it put the injector underneeth the intake manifold and run the line to your bottle in the spare tire compartment...:) |
