I was hit from behind sitting at a stop sign by someone that has this insurance company in feb it is now dec and they not only are saying that I was at fault but that my car was already wrecked and the person only rolled into me...they only want to pay half of what the estimate was for....they hand up on me, do not answer calls or call back, they are rude, unprofessional!

This company is totally ridiculous. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE FOR EVERYONE ELSE AND YOUR OWN SAKE. I had someone with their insurance run into my truck in August it is now December and they still do not have this problem fixed. They have issued me a check for $1000.00 for a job that I got 2 estimates to fix that were at least double that. They will not answer the phone when called and will not let you get a word in when you call. I did not ask to get burdened by this crappy company. My next step is contacting the better business bureau, the Illinois insurance board, and then possibly a lawyer.

After having insurance with this company for 3 years without a claim, my vehicle was taken without my permission by my son and totaled.They are refusing to pay based on "I did not list all eligble drivers." He was not an eligble driver so why would I list him. We are fighting this all the way

two accidents in my truck in november of 2009 and it's still not fixed.tontacted the better business bureay 2x. the first time uei responded and emailed the forms i needed. i sent them back march 24th and nothing has been done. ray avilas is a joke. i just contacted the bbb again and so now its a waitng game. the bbb has a great response time.

They denied a theft claim for a Chrysler 300 stolen off the South side of Chicago, stating the Chrysler co. informed them their cars can not be stolen without the use of keys and they don't cover claims where keys were used.

A FULL-COVERAGE policy was active and left the vehicle $18000.00 in debt to the finance co. The Ill dept. of Insurance stated the exemption in their policy does not call for them to cover thefts if keys were used. Do they know who stole the car since they are POSITIVE keys were used?

SCAM! Thats what they are! The adjusters were very rude and unprofessional they tried to find any excuse not to fixed my vandalized car. And decided to cancel my ins. so they wouldn't have to pay for my damages! I would NEVER recommend this ins. to anybody! STAY AWAY! U KNOW WHO U ARE BRIAN & RON!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE as they can be!

They are the defintion of horrible. Adjuster was rude every single time I talked to her. They wanted to give me $450 for damages over $4,000 on my BMW. I was insulted. They made me wait 2 full weeks to tell me that too. They are a bunch of theives, customer service is horendous and a three toed sloth could have given me more speedy service. If you have to deall with them for a claim you better hope you have good insurance.

Stay away! No one in the company could answer my questions, I was always transferred to someone else who in turn transferred me to someone else. My adjuster, who I have yet to find out his name, was completely rude and acted like I was wasting his time. I've been trying to get a hold of him for the past month to find out the status on my claim. No answer or returned phone call. Avoid at all costs!!
