USAA is one of the most predatory and dishonest insurance companies in existence. They treat people like excrement beneath shiny dress shoes, and are willing to harass, neglect, lie and cheat to protect their profits. Additionally, their tactics border on insurance fraud. If the United States ever devolves into revolution, their adjusters and CEOs may be among the first to have their throats cut. But few would mourn the loss of agents who acted maliciously and without mercy to ruin lives, including the life of a pregnant woman who almost lost her baby due to the stress they deliberately put her through.

Don't support these scumsuckers with your hard-earned insurance dollars. And if you do, don't expect them to be there for you when you get in a wreck, regardless of whether the wreck is your fault or not. People in the military are better served through private companies who at least have an incentive to treat their customers with respect and decency.

Had a claim against someone who hit me that did have the insurance. Horrible to deal with. Hard to get call backs. Had quite a fight to get them to pay claim and they still denied it. Said I was at fault when I was rearended!

USAA Military Insurance just by switching to them I'm saving half of what I paid to Farmers Insurance(sorry Farmers!) is the only insurance company I will ever use! I have them for everything:Auto,home,life and flood-they even cover my classic car!

Liz D. is a completely rude, unprofessional representative for this agency and it's sad that this person's disregard to try to work with people results in them getting mad with USAA and deciding that it would just be easier for them to just get their full amount rather than work with Liz and agree on a lessor amount. Way to go USAA for hiring someone who makes people who have claims against your clients want even more due to her nastiness. Such a shame because USAA has a lot of potential to be a leading insurance company.

Summary - stay away because if this is the type of rep you will have to deal with, it might cause you even further stress than the accident their client caused.

Everything, this company is terrible. I have never dealt with a company that is this unbeliveably awful. NEVER NEVER use them to represent you and I hope that you never have someone rear end you going 60 mph that has insurance with them.

This company should not have the right to do business in this country and they represent the people that are supposed to protect us. They can not even return a phone call. This company needs to be closed - SHUT DOWN - CLOSE THE DOORS....

This company is the worst.

Despite the other driver taking responsibility at the scene, their "investigation" revealed the fault to be 50-50 which meant we pay for our repair and the other driver pays for theirs. The other driver had almost no damage and we are left with a bill for $1200.

I strongly advise you to choose another company. All insurance companies are somewhat hard to deal with, but these guys are unethical and unfair.

Only pay 80% of medical bills, even if accident not you fault. Unlike medical insurance companies, they do not adjust rates to reasonable amount.

BEWARE!!!! I have been with USAA for over 30 years. I was in an auto accident in January, where the other driver took 100% responsibility. USAA only payed 80% of bills. I have been held responsible for the remaining amount, even though I have not been able to return to work. I have not received a dime for my time off work. They are sending me to an independant medical examiner to close the claim, despite I looking at having to have neck surgery, so I can get the circulation and feeling back in my arms.

They had a great reputation but it is dropping fast!

Customer service with our issue was atrocious. We tried to talk to someone with authority but could never get past the grunts.

We have been with USAA most of our life with good service. Suddenly this year USAA raised our premium to an unreasonable rate. After many phone calls trying understand why they were doing this it became obvious they wanted us to drop our policy with them by increasing our rates. We did everything we could to try and reason with them but they would not budge. We approached Armed Forces Insurance and they welcomed us with reasonable rates and excellent service. We wish we did not have to leave USAA but they gave us no choice. We have talked to others with policies with USAA and they are experiencing the same thing. Too bad!
