get this if you wanna brighten up under the hood, it makes no performance gains, sucks hot air from inside engine bay, my aem works perfect even in the rain

Looks good, sounds good when installed. Easy to install, even though it didn't come with instructions.

Maybe too loud?

I'm currently running the "filter on a stick" Tenzo intake, and I like it. It provides a little more pep in the lower and higher rpm ranges, though it's not dramatic. It certainly looks better than the stock intake, though. And when you get to 3/4 throttle or more, it makes a great 'throaty' sound. The only problem is that your passengers may think it's too loud. I was accelerating onto the highway with a friend, and when I punched it he said "what's wrong with your car?" :)
I plan on getting the cold air extension once the weather get warmer/dryer- I'll let you know how that works. A good value @ $99, and I like the fact that you can add the cold air extension if you want to for about $60, making it cheaper than the iceman or aem. It remains to be seen if it'll work better than those, though. 4 stars overall since I don't really know how it compares to others- 5 for value since it's priced very competitively.

Awesome sound, looks better than airbox, a little power gain

none so far

I had to modify the tube a little but, it looks and sounds great. It definitely adds a little pickup when you give it the gas. Ive only had it for a day but it works great. I would not recomend this product if you dont like loud noise or if you dont want a lot of attention. If you give it the gas, people will look. I picked it up from a friend for twenty bucks, so im perfectly satisfied after I did a self installation.
