Strength:

Very good dry and wet traction with very little noise at highway speeds. I had Goodyear's GT+4 and the HP are superior to the GT+4 in regards to driving in the snow.

Weakness:

No problems so far.

The GT+4 costed about $110 at the time I bought them. The HP's about $70 . I highly recommend the HP regardless of your budget.

Strength:

Avg grip in the dry
Nice looking sidewall and tread pattern
Decent price

Weakness:

Horrible on wet surfaces

Paid $90 per tire for 205R65/15.
This needs to be relabled a dry weather tire. It channels water from underneath the tire very well. Now here is the confusing part. It looses grip on any wet surface. As long as you are going in a perfectly straight line of travel on a wet surface they are great but as soon as you turn the grip is not there. Sounds funny! Try being funny at 65 mph and finding out the hard way. I had to slow down to about 55 decent grip. The sad part is it had finished raining and the roads were wet.

Strength:

Outstanding all season tire for performance. Price is average for a performance tire, but well worth it.

Weakness:

Increased road noise. Easily blistered/blow because of the 45 series sidewalls.

$130 from Tire Rack. These tires have dont amazingly well in the local Seattle rain. Hydroplaning seems to have occured more with my stock rubber! I have 45 series Goodyear Eagle HP Ultras on my '97 Honda Civic and couldn't be any more pleased with safety and performance.

Strength:

This is an Update. Dealer was able to rebalance tires completely except that one wheel was bent, probably causing noise, but two of the tires where .25 inch out of round. Spare wheel was OK, so it replaced bent wheel.
Will try tires as is for a while.

Weakness:

None

Goodyear dealer was very cooperative, eager to help, and offered new tires at adjusted price.

Strength:

Only good for hard acceleration on dry.

Weakness:

Weak sidewall, poor tread wear, poor wet traction. Overall poor!

How can I say this? GoodYear SUCKS!! Never have I experienced a worse tire. I hope many people read this and save themselves some trouble by not buying any goodyear products. Over priced garbage is the best way to describe these tires. Terrible in the rain, wears out rather quickly, very loud when taking turns, feels unstable going over 100mph which is not that fast! I finally got rid of them after only 33k miles on it. Got me a set of Japenese made Yokohama Geo Landers and they are fantastic. They wonder why noone in the rest of the world wants to buy American made goods, well Goodyear is one good example of that.

Yokohama and Hankook, which both are superior to Goodyear.
