Strength:

adjustable, cheap, looks strong, did i say cheap?

Weakness:

looks cheap. Came outta the box with no stickers on (i had to put them on).

Great shocks. On setting 1 it is already stiffer than the stock toyota shocks made by tokico. I have Tanabe super down persuedeo springs on combined with the KYB AGX''s. Good combo. Take turns alot faster and good for drag as well. 1-4 adjustment.

Strength:

solid feel, easy adjusting, easy installation, good price - much cheaper than Koni.

Weakness:

none yet.

Going from stock to adjustables, there''s a major difference in ride quality. Personally, I like the stiff ride so it''s no big deal for me. I haven''t tested the adjustments much, so I can''t say exactly how good they are on the stiffest setting, but they really do feel awesome with the Eibach Prokit springs. Definitely recommended for DSMs!

Strength:

Great damping and rebound. Price is definitely a great bonus vs. Koni Sport. Works very well with my Eibach Pro-Kit. Easy to install, no probs.

Weakness:

They don't make the AGX for the rear!! The kids say, "Booooo!!"

Very straigtforward, brief description of the suspension components needed to put on the new shock. No details for your car but it was really simple with a lift. The price was great, and believe me I shopped around. I was a little apprehensive with the price being so low, but these do the job well.

Only had stock suspension and 16 ADR wheels with 450 Nitto's. At 140 my suspension was going out, so the AGX are superb compared to stock.

Strength:

Great Shocks. Easy adjustability from riding like a Lexus to a Big-Wheel, like the 1:2 ratio specs that it offers, 8 way adjustable rear 4 way adjustable in the front. Work great with Eibach Pro-Kits.

Weakness:

None

Recommend them, for someone looking for affordable and adjustable. They're not recommended for lowered cars below 1.5 inches, so nuff said.

Strength:

The adjustablity is the greatest part of these shocks/struts. Quality constuction. Comfortable ride.

Weakness:

The rod is a little longer than stock ones. Its hitting the plastic guards in the rear. Some rubber insulators will fix the problem.

My ride so much smoother. The adjustablity is the fun part. You can have more of a oversteer characteristic by setting the rear stiffer than the front. Or set it all on the softest and glide over the bumps. When you need it the drag option is there also. Great shocks for the price.

Strength:

Awesome adjustability, they go from stock feeling to super stiff with an easy adjustment. They are 4-way adjustable and can be matched well with different springs.

Weakness:

They don't work well on cars that are lowered more than 1.5 inches. It even says in the installation manual that if your car is too low the shocks will not perform as good as they sould, and they may prematurely fail. This warning is not to be ignored because when I matched them with super low H&R Race Springs my ride and handeling suffered.

I would recommend these shocks to someone who is in search of true performance handling and doesn't want the super slammed look. If anyone is interested in buying them, I have found that the KYB AGX shocks work best with Eibach Pro-Kit Springs.

Stock... no comparison. My stock shocks blew out quickly as soon as I lowered my car.
