The 2008 Passat Sedan is a 4-door, 5-passenger family sedan, available in 5 trims, ranging from the Turbo to the VR6 4Motion. The Passat has a 6 Speed Manual transmission, 2.0-liter I4, 200-horsepower engine, and each of the trims receives new features for 2008. The Turbo receives standard Chrome window trim, new interior trim, new 16-inch alloy wheels and optional heated front seats. Komfort receives optional heated front seats and new 17-inch wheels. Lux receives a 3-spoke leather multi-function steering wheel and optional Dynoaudio. VR6 receives optional Adaptive Cruise Control, heated washer nozzles and standard Bi-Xenon headlights with AFS. All Passats receive more standard equipment including a power 12-way driver seat, leather steering wheel, leather shift knob and manual side and rear sunshade.
