Strength:

Quick, nice looks, cool dash, good handling. I especially love the digital gas guage and h/c guage.

Weakness:

No back-seats, small glove-box, hard to see when reversing or changing lanes.

I've loved every minute of owning this car. My first car was an '84 prelude and ever since I had that I've wanted another. So glad I bought this instead of an Eclipse, which was the the other car I was considering.

Strength:

Acceleration, reliability, good looks, fun to drive, invisible to police
compared to other sports cars I've owned.

Weakness:

My 7 and 3 year olds are out growing the back seat.

I have yet to be disappointed by this car. It's cheap to keep and reliable as the morning sun. I look forward to driving to work in the morning. Besides changing the oil regularly and replacing the tires at 55,000 mi,
my Prelude with 75,000 mi. has not needed any additional replacement parts.
I drive mostly highway miles, so my service technician said that my experience may be somewhat different from one who drives city miles. None the less, I can't say I've had a more pleasurable car in my life.

Strength:

After reading alot of reviews about this car, I have to agree with most people. It is the best car money can buy (for the price). You can never go wrong with a Prelude the car will last you forever. The driving experience is like a new car. Honda Prelude came with full options, New cars today are starting to come with power windows, sun roofs. Honda has had todays technology over 10 years ago.

Weakness:

Why are people complaining about things like seating? It is a sports car.
You must make sure that you have your car regurlarly serviced (like every other car). Service=ing will make sure your car will last forever.

If you can't understand why I give this car such a high rating. Then you have bever drivin a Honda Prelude

Strength:

It is a very quick car, It has great pick up. It looks cool with tinted windows. I did some upgrading on the car and it made a huge difference. It has 420,000 KM and it still runs like new. I love this car.

Weakness:

It rusts fast, there is not enough leg room for people sitting in the back.

It is a fun car to drive. If you are young and want a in expensive sports cars this is it. It is a very reliable car. Throughout my five years owning the cars it only broke down once on me in the city. I would have no problem taking this car long distance. It is a car that everybody will admire.

Strength:

Excellent when driven on hard corners..Good on the HWY and street..Good top speed..pumpin' sound system for a factory...plenty of trunk space...has vast amount of room under the hood for doing upgrades...sleek look...a real chic magnet...pretty good on gas if driven at regular speed in the city...comfortable seats(in front only)...standard options rated excellent...Dynamite breaking system for ABS...most amazing item would have to be the radio antena hooked up inside the back windshield...

Weakness:

Back seats are too cramped and not necessary for this type of car...Factory tires are bad for handling wet or slippery weather...Does not come equipped with side air bags...I can't think of anything else right now, but if I think of anything, I'll be sure to type it in...

Toyo Tires T-S1 in 17" are the best (in my opinion) for this car

DC Headers are an excellent upgrade

AEM Cold Air Intake

5Ziggen Catback Exhaust

Redline Oil (best oil for this car)

Westwings & JT Auto Styles are supreme kits for this type of car

Strength:

Very fast for a S model honda. It comes with about 130 HP but when diving it feels like 200 Hp. Higher models like SI and SI-VTEC are even better. body Looks very nice and the interior looks like a 110% sports car. Sports car that fits four people (almost).

Weakness:

Cluch is too far (for short asian folks like me). NO ROOM IN THE BACK (for the good loving moments at the park). No trunk space (for the kick ass subwoofers and amp).

Great looking sports car and fun to drive. Lack space but it is a sports car so can't expect to much from space.

Strength:

I know some people dont like the looks but I do. Sporty but not overstated like the Celica, Cougars, Eclipse. Excellent handling around corners, reactive, excellent breaks, quiet.

Weakness:

Plain gauges, interiors. Can be hard to get into. Passenger seats front and rear are cramped, but hey I'm not in it.

Overall, a very nice spirited car that handles very well, looks attractive, not all too common (although I'm seeing more and more of them) and is very reliable.

Strength:

FUN TO DRIVE- Has POWER AND ACCELERATION
Handling- ATTS is wonderful
Acceleration- H22a motor is a gem. Far more torque than other cars in class
Looks- You don't see your same car 5 times a day
Reliability- Had no problems

Weakness:

INTERIOR RATTLE
Interior space
Car needs a diet

I love my car. It has 47,000 miles and had no major problems. I would reccomend it to anyone. The price is a little high but with that come a certain exclusivity that you won't get with the cheaper cars in the same class. All-in-all, a good buy.

Similar Products Used:

2000 Civic Si- Has more room, besides that doesn't equal the Prelude in any category.
