Strength:

Camaros are by far the most stylish car on the roads. The accelaration is kick a$$. Oodles of torque right out of the box!

Weakness:

The seats are not good for high speed turning as you tend to slip out of them. Other then that, no problems.

The bang you get for your buck makes it the affordable sports car. Not like those 40 to 50 thousand dollar money pits. You can have a better time knowing that you car is half those car prices and are only a tad bit slower. There are numerious after market parts you can buy at a fraction of the cost that'll blow those high priced tin cans away! The poor man's sports car is the way to go!

Strength:

Very very fast. Can't help but love slamming through the gears in this thing.Chicks dig it, sweet exhaust note. The power is there the second you hit the gas, no waiting for variable-valve vodoo to kick in. Stock, I pulled a 13.87 on street tires on my first ever trip to the track.

Weakness:

Not exactly an all-season car, but what do you expect from this kind of car? Tends to spin the tires way too much if you're not careful.

I think if you're like me(you love fast cars, but love having a roof over your head and food on the table), then this is as good a value as you will find. A mustang doesn't look bad, but they tend to cost more and are a little too slow for my taste. Just watch those burnouts, because you won't find tires cheap for this car. A 245-50-16 will run at least 90$,and that's if you get the real cheap S-rated ones. Good luck finding ZR tires for under 120. Throw on a hooker cat-back for 270$ and the growl coming from the quad tips will blow your mind. Great value, great speed, great fun.

Strength:

looks and runs great, has a killer bose system in it. great pickup between 60 and 100. Ttops are fun.

Weakness:

if you crank the system back speaker raddles, poor pickup off the line, and if you want to get it sideways watch out.. lack of performance parts.. or at least i cant find any.

I would recommend this car to just about anyone.. for the speed demons it lacks the V8 power. if want a car that looks good and gets great gas mileage this is for you. Its a sweet ride and havent had any problems with it.. if anyone knows of performance mods let me know..

I paid 19400, I would recommend this car, very fun,you get tons of looks.
Lot of other guys in camaro's yelling "nice car".
Don't have too many ponys wanting to race, once in a whiel. I havent lost yet. But I know there are some die hard ford guys out there that have put $5000 to $10000 in to there 5.0s so yea they could probably take me.I'll say this, NO stock pony will touch my car.

Model Reviewed: Camaro Coupe (3800 V6)

Strength:

This car is very punchy for a V6 although I did buy it with a few mods such as aftermarket exhaust, B&M short throw shifter, lowering springs, and a NOs nitrous system (minus the bottle). It has great turning capabilities although the springs give me better than stock handling by reducing body roll. The 5 speed is a joy to drive and I wouldn't want an auto in this kind of car. it also has great styling that turns heads everywhere (I guess the loud exhaust has something to do with it too though) I could go on and on about the greatness of this car (but I won't)

Weakness:

Although there is more good than bad there is still some areas that need improvement such as the seats they need more lumbar support and bigger side bolsters, in hard corners you tend to shift in your seat and I'm sure more side support would fix this, also another problem with the seats is that (well at least for me) is that they don't slide back far enough, although I can fit it is somewhat cramped.

I would highly recommend this car to any young teenager/adult looking to have a car with a lot of flexiblity and options to buy also it gets great gas mileage and has a lower insurance rate than it's V8 bretherin, athough it doesn't have quite the same performance it still has punch for its engine size. I have also witnessed some slightly modified V6 Camaros beating stock Mustang GTs (V8) in a race so that shows the 3800's performance potental, but for anyone looking to have a great car to drive and turn heads wherever they go I would recommend the Camaro

Strength:

I bought my car new, the best thing about ut was the fact it had a warrenty, Its fast, the Borla exhaust was a nice touch to sound but it didnt really get faster, the car is a wonderful machine

Weakness:

Although it has an LT-1 350, I have been beaten by 5.0 or whatever those newer mustang motors are 4.8? or whatever, and I am not ashaimed to admit this, My Z28 is fast and eats gas, but for the size of moter why are those mustangs beating me? Soon I'll show them with some Callaway mods.

Buying new is not worth it as I learned, but buying used for a good price maybe 11-12 grand is the best way to go. My Z-28 has done me great and will keep doing so, would I buy anothor??.... Maybe Not

Model Reviewed: Camaro RS (V8)

Strength:

I bought my first car in July of 2000. It is a 1991 RS. It has the V8 with the 5-speed. It has good power, looks, and sound. Even though it is 10 years old girls still like it. "It's a Camaro."

Weakness:

DON'T EVER BUY A CAR WITH 120K ON IT!!! So far I have replaced the water pump, brakes, thermostat, radiator, spark plungs, and exhaust (already had Flowmaster, but I had to throw away $350 for an SLP:-). Next time I think that I am going to get a hard top or convertible because t-tops leak and make too much noise.

After all I would recommend this car, but not to a 16 year old. The insurence is through the roof, gas prices suck and cops hate you. I already got my first ticken for running a stop sign. Then I was at the car wash and a cop pulled up right next to me and gave me a warning for my front plate (I don't have one). This car should run forever. Every part that I have put on has a lifetime warranty.

Model Reviewed: 3.4L

Strength:

The 3.4L has a lot of power for what it is. It's a great head turner, and gets great gas milage(25-29mpg)

Weakness:

Back seat is cramed, but I don't have to ride back there. Kinda hard to see out of the passenger side window when someone is riding over there.

I paid $6000 for mine and it had 59k on it. This car is great for someone going to college or someone who doesn't have kids to take everywhere with them. Not a good choice for a family car. I love my car its a great head turner and all the girls dig it. If you buy one you must do three things: 1. Buy a CD Player
2. Tint the Windows
3. Buy a pair of Oakley's

Now go buy one and have fun with it.
