Strength:

Alot of horsepower. Exterior. Tight cockpit. Engine sound. Cool little features like the message center. Much better than the last generation.

Weakness:

Costly to maintain. You can see the front fender sticking up just like the last generation corvettes. The dash is way to high. Car is very heavy and you can definitly feel it. You don't have good feel for the road although you can feel every harsh bump in it. The hood shakes all the time. The HUGE shift knob is so uncomfortable. (Can you make it any bigger?) The stereo sucks. Intermitent electrical problems that still occur and the dealer cannot find them. Still has a long way to go to become a refined car. God I miss my Porsche 968.

I have to admit that this car is beautiful. I don't think I would buy this car again. Straight line horsepower isn't everyhting. I would consider a Boxster or a Honda S2000. Both are much more refined and reliable. The Honda is even more of a bargain. You don't need a big V8 to have horsepower and fun in a pure bread sports car. It's just the American way. Bigger is better. I was fooled on looks buying this car. I let the appearance weigh in over how it drove. Mistake. I would recommend driving a Boxster, s2000, or BMW Z3 3.6 before committing to this car. That is unless you only care about looks.
