Model Reviewed: AWD

Strength:

silky smooth ride, quiet, too quiet - easy to fall asleep while cruising; luxury and roomy interior; perfect body build: cute head-turning style, ground clearance requires no ducking or climbing, easy step in; sit higher than most cars with commanding road view and meanwhile size is not too big to offend other drivers on the road (I also consider that as a safety feature to myself)

Weakness:

almost none, if I have to be picky on a $40K vehicle, here are: no coin storage, no rain censor, a little body roll at sharp turn due to soft suspension (it's always a compromise between smooth ride and road feeling).

Just got my new Rex and only drove 60 miles - loved it in every aspect. Good buy - my AWD is loaded with everything except Nav/HID. The ride is sooooo comfy beyond description - you have to drive it yourself. Everybody concerns about the large turn radius of Rex and I found this complaint is "overrated" - the turn radius of Rex is ok: I have no problem to do a U-turn at a regular 4-lane road (2 in each direction), to me that's good enough. So don't be scared about that if you are a "regular" driver.

Similar Products Used:

better value (cheaper) than X5; better quality (more reliable) than ML320; beats MDX hands down - MDX looks too ugly and the third row of seats are useless. I ride often in my friend's Discovery - Rex definitely has way quieter and smoother ride (good for city dweller like me).
