good looking, with the 20's and a billit grill and i havent found any stock radio in the chevrolet or ford that can touch the infinity sound system that came with mine

Weakness:

bad gas mileage i was hopeing to get a little more out of it, if i can give you any advice get the HEMI cause sometimes i wish i had the extra pulling power.

overall i like the truck it handles the road really good. It is a great looking truck and it will definatly get you some looks when you are 18 driving a new fancy truck

Great engine..... Plenty of tourque awesome room in cab. I am 6'3" tall Infinity Stereo worth the money

Weakness:

Need locking diiferentials get stuck easily in snow with open differentials. Plastic radiator looks bad but no problems so far

My Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 has been a great truck. The 5.9 magnum has plenty of power for pulling small trailer (motorcycles). Gas mileage has been about 15.5 mpg average. I have installed a lift kit 33" tires and camper shell. In 40,000 miles the only repairs required have been front a rear brakes and standard maintenance stuff. I would definately buy another.

Strength:

Slick and quick truck! What more could you ask for!

Weakness:

Who cares about the gas mileage!!!! Try and pass me!

I have had many different trucks/suvs. My first one was 1997 GMC Jimmy 4x4, then 1999 Ford Explorer, 2001 Ford F-150 and now my Hemi. I absolutely love my new truck. It is fast and the most comfortable ride. It is hard to tell you are actually in a truck. I haven't had any problems with this truck yet. I loved my F-150 but when the hemi came out, I had to have it. I bought the truck with 20s, but I plan on putting a 4" lift with bigger (mud) tires!! = LOOK OUT!!!

Great truck, but watch out. I had to replace the Rack and Pinion at 41K miles. My folks have the diesal version of my Ram, and their dealer told them that he had never heard of this happening. My service manager told me that he had seen them go out at 50K, so I don't know what to believe. Anybody have the same problem?

5.9L 360 V-8 Horsepower Cab room Factory Lift Plenty of wheel clearence

Weakness:

Gas Milage (but thats a truck or I would of bought an import) Room in the back bench seat

I have owned several trucks, Toyota, chevy S-10 4x4, two Ford Explorers. The Dodge Ram 1500 series has hands down been well worth the money I've paid. I haven't had any problems at all with it in the 40,000 miles I've put on it so far. The engine 5.9Mag (360)V-8 has more then enough power to do just about anything you could subject it to. I feel the sizing of the tires(stock 245-75-16's)are actually bigger a 265 or 285-75-16 would be about the exact size to use. I like the room the cab has (4x4 quad cab). Never kicked out of four wheel drive.
