good quality fan, plenty of power, great sound quality.

size may be a weakness for some, its the size of a skateboard and weighs like 30 lbs.

definitely the cleanest sounding amp i have ever had. i have had 2 of them, and neither seemed to put out the power it claims to. that is ok though because it still had plenty of power for any set up, i never had to set the gain more than about half way. stays very cool for the monstrous size. but like i said first, the best quality of this amp is the sound quality. perfect nice bass, tighter than pamela lee's a$$hole.

Kicks the $hit out of any amp i've ever heard play. I already started to break some parts in my trunk in only a few weeks. Doesn't drain too much from my electrical system unlike the competition. Oh yea, one more thing....it beats the hell out of mass produced amps from companies like Rockford or MTX.....who the hell buys MTX anyways?

i have tha mrv-1507 alpine amp powering 2 L7 solo barics. this amp makes these woofers dump like no other. one of my close friends has a rckford fosgate 800.2 powering 2 L7 solo barics and his performs no way as good as tha alpine mrv-1507. go pick tha sh!t up.

Listen Up... PPL .. alpine has always strive to the be the best in clarity and power.. indeed you have to pay a little bit more to get some of their stuff but its well worth it.. I got my 1507 pushing 2 12inch kickers L7 and this amp drives them HARD.... My older setup was a rockford 800.2 .. and its nothing compared to the sound quality and raw power that the alpine puts out.... beside rockford fosgate is going down hill because they decided to mass produce their ugly amps... so mass quantity = less quality ( hint hint rockforg )

this amp is WAY TO power hungry. What an animal!!!! My head lights dim on every deep sound. Not good news at all!!! If buying this amp for a fairly small car, consider uprating your alternator or battery. No remote to turn up the b-line while leaving the head unit volume low. Pretty large amp. Scratches easily bit pricey for whats its worth.

Well what can i say, Ive got serous mixed opinions about this amp.I think that its not better than the RF amps but it just produces a different type of sound. The MRV1507 produces quality bass and the rockford seems to kick out some heavy bass. Depends on taste really. However the rockford amps do seem to ouput more wattage as they are seriously under rated. The amp is constructed really well and believe me i''v put it to its limits. I''ve never encountered it heating up. I''m running 2 SWR1240 r-type in the orig alpine box. At the moment i aint getting the output that i want. The deep sounding b-line is just not there. I''v set my gain to 3/4 and my head unit is on max for sub output. My LP is on 80Hz. In this sense i think that the Rockford amps are better due to there punch control. I suggest looking around for whats available cos there are alot better amps out there for the money.If its reliability u are after then you''ve found your amp.
