These subs are awesome!!! The price per performance value cannot be beaten andthey are not the top of the line subs Audiobahn makes. If you are on a budget and want to put those Rockford Fosgate, JL Audio, Kicker, and Soundstream guys to shame, get the Audiobahns and watch them weep. The bass is tight, accurate, and can go extremely low. The best part is they utilize a small sealed box and are dual voice coil. This allows you get more power out of your amplifier and not use up much space in your trunk or hatchback. I just hope this company does not get arrogant and raise their prices. They have invented the better "mousetrap" and the world will eventually beat a path to their door if they keep their prices low.

For the car, audiobahn cannot be beat. I got a AW-1200 fo 120 with shipping. It has a chrome plated cast basket, 80 oz strontitum magnet, 2.5 inch VC, 1.75 inch wide EPDM suround, thats HUGE its like a sunfire home sub, extremly stiff pulp cone, audiobahn is the best!!!! made for small sealed box, it has unbelievable power. Oh my god! I am thrilled with this subwoofer. Its LOUD and very clear. I only have one 12 in my car and it is sooo much better than my other two 12s. Not to mention the saved trunk space.

its a good sub for the price! pepl say its really loud but i don't think it is all that loud but then of course this is my first sub setup. i got it powered by a JBL300.1 amp so maybe i should put more watts on them to really see how it is. i've heard my friends JL-12w6 and that sounds alot better. the SQ on the aw1200 is not that great.

loud- at first

relaiability, Sound Quality- very muffled and in accurate bass response

At first my AW1200 was pretty decent, however as time passed, the overall output of the woofer diminished drastically. It no longer produced the solid loud bass that I was looking for. After several tests on the complete system it was found that the sub had a damaged voice voil.- back ot the factory it went nad a replacement went in. A month later- same thing happened. I had my amp at the time (a Rockford Fosgate Power 500.2) bench tested and looked over for fear that the amp may be causing this- it came back fine. so another replacement went it- another week went by- same thing again. At this point, I figured there must be something wrong with the cars electrical itself so while I was waiting for yet a 4th replacement I installed a JL Audio 12W3 in its place- everything else was the same. To this day the JL has had no probmlems and has outperformed the Audiobahn every step of the way. I finally just ot my money back out of the AW1200- thank god. The JL sub even sounded better, the Audiobahn seemed to lack in the Sound Quality Area quite a bit as it did not articulate the bass very accurately. It seemed to have a boomy, muffled sound. It was quite loud, i will say that, however the JL 12W3 filled in where the Audiomobile came short.

this sub is fu*king awesome. i have it a ported QLogic box and i'm running 400watts 2 it. i had the same wattage hooked up to two pyramid 15's!!! and it kicked the crap out of them. one 12 kicking the crap out of two 15's with the same wattage running to them that has to tell u something!!! this sub is incredible i ENCOURAGE everyone who's thinking about getting a system to definetley make these your first choice! if you do get a normal not custom bopx as i did you will have to make the cut-out bigger, this sub is gigantic!!!!!!!, and for people who LOVE BASS!
