Excellent performance for the money. Pounds loud and low. Very satisfied considering the price. Needs big clean amplifier. Not sure if 1k watt power rating is for real. Seems less but I love it!

Tiny bit of port noise from the vented pole piece at very high excursion. Easily solved by mounting it magnet in the box. I mounted it facing in to save in box volume.

Running a Rodek 1150i with just 200 watts... 6ohms per channel. Sounds ok with 3ohm mono but headlights dim to bass notes.

they put out alot of bass, but for only about a week until u blow them!!!! u need a junk amp to push these, cause i had 2 of them with a mmats d100 and blew them within a week!!!

they suck hardcore!!!! absolute junk!! you get what u pay for these! i hate them

i paid $175 for these 2 subs, and they suck bad!! dont recomend for anyone to have this bad of a system. like i said, they blew with a mmats d100 amp when i had about 450 watts to each sub. do not buy these subs!!

overall great sub beats out kicker JL and fosgate by a mile very low price 85 a piece for the aw1000 at www.globalelectronics.com running them with about 475 each from esx 2752q amps hitting 146.2 db. If you dont have plenty of power like 300watts of clean power these are not reaching their potential

Best value for the price. Even though I paid $150 for it.
This sub. is excellent for Drag DB competitions, but need to
use on a small seal box. One Aw1200 can beat two RF Punch
12" subs if you install it right. Because Aw1200 is a 6ohm
sub. I used RF360a2 wire it at 3ohms and it loosen the
screw on my spoiler and cracked one of my window.

umm . . . I don't like writing on my woofer cones, that's about it. Chrome is stupid, that too.

First they have 120 oz magnets not 80. Second magnets don't matter. Third the AW1000 and 1200 are much better than the more expensive and bigger magnet wearing ALUM10 and 12. There pump is made out of aluminum, that's why it's stiff. Don't buy at www.sound-creations.com for this sub, although they do have the Audiobahn components for a very good price. www.apex-audio.com sells the AW1200 for $79 a piece, for subscribers' only though. www.national-electronics.com or http://audiowizard.safeshopper.com/ have the second best price, one maybe better than the other depending on where you live.

Pounds out tons of deep continous bass, paid less then $90 each. I recommend these speakers over any other 10 inch. Massive magnets, and well designed. Anyone would be pleased with these subs.

Hard to find a box to fit. Not good with bandpass.

At $85 a peace you can't beat these audiobahn subs. I would take them over any JL-audio, or Punch subs.

Price and performance. Cannot beat the price! And the performance is incredible.

They sound much better in a sealed box not bandpass.

I've got the AW1000's X 2.
These subs pound and they hit the low (20Hz) frequencies. In my personal opinion they beat the pants off of Fosgate's, Orion and JL...but hey until your here them for yourself you won't know now will you.

I paid $85.00 a piece plus S/H and they were worth every penny. I'm only pushing 300 watts to each at the moment and they still pound!

If you're considering them go to your nearest audio store and put them to the test. Put them side by side with the more expensive names (you know who they are) ad believe me you'll leave with the audiobahn's.
