BONE SHATTERING !These subs hit like 18's. They get deep down in the low 20's with no problem. Great Spl, good sq, eff in the 90's. Will rattle the trunk off your car. These are way better than any other woofers ive ever heard. Great Price

Weakness:

Need a big amp

FREAKIN AWESOME!!!! Dollar 4 dollar the best wooferS on the planet! These bad boys hit looooowww and loud as hell. HUGE, POWER HUNGRY subs, big time excursion, literally rattled the bolts off my truck! Great spl, good sq, and you dont need alot of trunk space for these bad boys. The price I paid for these subs is incredible (Got 2 for $250). Would of gladly of paid double that. My buddy paid $750 for 3 Rockford Fosgate Hx2's runnin on 3 400.2 amps and my system will blow his away. Rockford Fosgate, Jl Audio, Kicker, and MTX dont come close. THESE SUBS KICK ASS!

Strength:

These subs are loud and low. I would recommend these subs to anyone who doesn't have very much room to spare. But if you want them loud you need more airspace. I bet im hitting about low 140's.

Weakness:

None so far

These subs all around dump. I have them in a 1.32 cubic foot box per sub per chamber. I have them in a standard cab truck and they are loud and clear. You can really hear the lows because it makes everything move. I have a volfenhag 1600 watt amp running them. They are wired into 8 ohm and they still pound. My cd player skips and its bolted to the ground with extra supports and bases.

Strength:

Very durable, they move a ton of air, and hit every bass note, unlike kicker and many other brands that I have encountered.

Weakness:

They are ugly and they bottom out on some real low notes but that is most likely due to the large box I have them in. (1.4cf in each chamber)They tend to sound boomy at high volume but maybe some people like that.I prefer rubber surrounds but I guess it doesn't make a difference.

These subs preformed a ton better than I expected.I started out with 2 Alum 12's being fed ~600 watts a piece from a JBL 1200.They had pretty damn good sq but I wanted more spl.(only hit 148 with 2). So I called up audiobahn and they said that for the price, the aw 1200's were far better spl application subs so I purchased a pair off ebay for 80 each. When I finally got them running I was amazed. They hit a ton harder than my alums but with a little less sq.But I'm mostly a spl guy so I was pretty happy.I hit 155 with both of mine and slapped the pretty little faces of all the Fosgate and Kicker guys at the comps(I'm not dissing these brands, I just cant stand people that say that their "comp vr's, and their HE2's are the best subs around).Dollar for dollar, these are a trememdous spl application for the beginner and novice comp enthusiast.I intend to order 2 more when I get the money.

Strength:

Affordable, 12 3/4 in. diameter. Loud

Weakness:

Need a lot of power to push these subs. Must use the air space that is specified by the manufacturer.

Subs are built with very good quality, they have the ability to handle a good amount of wattage. I have two 12's in a Lincoln Town Car. On normal bass hits they are loud and clear, but on deep hits they seem kind of faded, I think this is because they are not in a chambered box. The air space is correct for the the two subs, but they are sharing a airspace. Could this be a problem with the deep bass not sounding right? Reply!

Strength:

Very affordable, don't require a lot of space, sound good even with low ammounts of power.

Weakness:

Sound quality got considerably worse when I hooked them up to a larger amp, but they aren't advertised as sq speakers. Definately not something you want to have the speakers facing at you, you'll hear the distortion. They seem to sound the best pointed at the rear of my cherokee, but pointed up was close, only it rattled my roof a bit more than I cared to listen to.

Overall very nice subs. I've got 2 in an 85 jeep cherokee pushing a measely 175w rms to each sub, and each sub in a 1 cubic ft sealed box, they've got a decent amount of quality and enough bass to make my steering wheel hop at lower frequencies. I wouldn't have bought Audiobahn speakers, but I got them from a friend who needed cash, and I definately don't regret it. I wouldn't call them the best subs in their class or anything, but definately a consideration if you have any kind of budget at all.

1)great spl yet good enough SQ. 2)huge improvement over mtx t6000 12''s 3)can''t beat the price, sale price 130, reg. 200 is still great

Weakness:

None I have found except I probably am going to add some kick panel 5 1/4 audiobahns and another 2 channel amp for more SQ b/c there is so much bass. Not really a weakness

Two aw1200x''s in subzone box (also from thezeb) with .88 cubic feet for each sub. Concept 1200 watt class D amp sending 600 watts to each sub. Concept amp with 75 watts going to a pr. of infinity 6.5''s w/2tweeters in each and 35 watts going to 2 4x6 jbl''s. Stinger wires and Clarion ProAudio cd receiver.

Strength:

Hits like a train - takes 700 RMS and it ain''t even broken in yet.

Weakness:

Looses a little depth when really cranked but it doesn''t pop out of the voice coil like the above mentioned do.

I''ve had JL Audio, Polk, Earthquake, Fosgate, Pioneer, Lanzar Pro and nothing sounds like this beast. Dollar for dollar and pound for pound (literally) nothing has ever satisfied my craving for a hard hit like this thing. It''s got good overall sound and I''m really bummed that I actually spent $179 on a Polk DX 12 when for $20 more I could have got this goliath. I have (1) 12 DVC in a extended cab - and it can hurt you - that''s no kidding! Just one thing - no cheap box will do justice to this speaker. I''m hooked on Audiobahn!

The GOD of all subwoofers. These subwoofers simply do not blow, they hit harder than a 18w6 jl audio. No competion what so ever. Enough said.

Weakness:

None what so ever, for some people the bass will hit too hard. Me, im used to it.

I have 6 AWT10''s with 3 audiobahn A1500hcx amps pushing them. THe amps run at 2000watts@1 at 1 ohm. The double stacked magnets of the awt10''s are sweet! they handle 2000 watts of rms power! I had 6 aw1200x 12''s before these and i hit a 177db with the 6 12''s, but now im hitting a whopping 189 db. I have a 10 farad capacitor unit courtesy of audiobahn and 3 optima yellow top batteries to run the system. I use a pioneer9300 cd player to tuen the system along with a audiobahn crossover. I use a audiobahn4401 amp to power my highs, mids, tweeters. Im telling you that these subwoofers hit really hard, these 10''s will hit harder than jl 18w6. If you want to surprise people the the AWT subwoofers are the way to go. People think i have 8 18''s in my silerado 2000 ext cab. I also roll on 20 inch daytons representing krazytoyz car club houston, tx!

very hrd to get right enclosure

Great subs never had them bottom or anything. I''''ve tried many different enclosures and tuned to my personal tastes i found that they sound best in a ported 1.3 cubs each. They will rattle your teeth and also jam with metal. I''''m runnign the pair with a Old School MTX 2600 which gives them bout 400 rms. I love that amp

Weakness:

umm, no. I will not write bad things about audiobahn because I cant think of any!

my friend cam up with some audio bahn stuff and I had to have me some. I am bass hungry. Got 2 AW 1200X ''s and have what I need. Audiobahn may look cheap because of the "fle market mraketing" but hey! They made it right? Look at some of the comp''s . Audio bahn is here to stay. Im sticking with em , they just need to have some fle market prices on there amps and other stuff so I can aford some. BUY IT !!! DONT GET SOME-THING ELSE.. YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!
