Strength:

Low bass, loud, and can wake up your neighbors. Can handle the watts, sound great in SUV''s in a sealed boxx!!!

Weakness:

Pawn shops and flea markets get ahold of these by distributors. Note that they only have the bottom of the line product. Audiobahn is for real, dawg.

You people who are buying Audiobahn from Flea Markets know nothing about car audio. First, in order to get a warranty they must be purchased from an authorized dealer. Second, who the hell is going to run a 120 oz. double stack magnet off a Crunch amp? This sub is off the meat rack when fed quality watts. I have 2 of them in a sealed 3 cu. ft box running off a mono channel Lanzar 1200D. The sound quality is amazing when given proper sound by 4-volt preamps.

Strength:

SPL!! sq is good at lower volumes inside and out, sounds good at hihg volumes inside.

Weakness:

none- great power, great sound, great volume, great looks.

Ok- here''s my setup. 2 AW1200EU (ordered X''s but EU''s are the same except for a rubber bumper protecting the magnet) powered by an Audiobahn A1300HCX amp. The subs are wired to run at 1 ohm which means that the amp is putting out 1200 watts of power. That''s 600 watts per speaker. My girlfriend cried (literally) the first time she heard them. They are VERY loud if i want them to be (remote bass boost is awesome) and sound quality is great at 1/4 to 1/2 volume. They blend well with the rest of my system and they *do* set of car alarms when I turn it up. The SQ is good when i''m driving but if i stop and open the back hatch of my explorer you can hear cone noise. I intend to buy a AW1508Q asap and a new amp to power it, but cash flow is nil. Overall these have been great subs and I would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for lots of bass, but doesn''t want to spend much. I''ve also used a 1200X in my room for about a year and a half and it sounds awesome if a little underpowered. No problems with performance or burnouts etc.

Mega bass, good sound q.

Weakness:

A little boomy at times, but thats the way i like it.

Well, i read down through these reviews, and i see some people wrote bad things, now what in the hell....I just got these bad boys installed last night. I have a 93 probe (hatchback), i have a 1200 watt digital amp, from (THEZEB) and the amp right down is turned down half way so i can break the speakers in. The bass now is so loud, you cant stand it. THere is so much air moving in my car, it will mess up my air, and the bass is so low, even when turned down to 1, you can feel it in your chest. I have 2 12 kicker comp vrs before these, and they just didnt stack up. Audiobahn is god in car audio. I highly recommend them

Weakness:

after long periods of high levels its gets real hot and smells funny.so if your gonna show it off. dont drag it out.

i think audiobahn created a monster. it pounds its cheap, and its pretty! i have one in my cavalier running 500 watts in 1 and a quarter cubes, ported, and it pounds. not real fond of the upper bass range. butt likes the low notes. all in all what can ya really get for 85 bucks. not so sure bout the 700 watts rms butt its takinmy 500 well. either way cant beat it for the money.

SO WORTH THE MONEY. Shakes like crazy, good sound quality, and AWESOME PERFOMANCE for the price. You can get a huge amp and the 700 watt dual 4 ohm voice coils hold up extremely well.

Weakness:

None to mention, except for the fact i dont have two of these subs.

OK guys, this sub, is awesome. I had two 15''s in my car (crappy ones, but still they were 15''s) and bought a SINGLE 12'' and this thing is amazing. The excursion moves so much air its unbelievable. I have it hooked to a Bazooka EL 1500 D class amp and it pounds. Plus my gain and bass boost arent even all the way up. I had to turn DOWN the bass on my stereo because its too much bass. Sound quality isnt bad at all either.

All big bass lovers must get one....

Weakness:

None so far

I was only putting 200 RMS @ 2ohm and was moving my seats,(subs were in the way back cargo area) Chevy Suburban 01. Both sub''''s were in 1.25 cubic inch sealed. Very nice sub... My friend has a JL Audio 12w3 with 250 RMS @ 2ohm and I''''ll say it sounded the same.

friggen loud as hell, extremely hard to blow at 700 RMS a piece. look cool and don''''t need a very large enclosure

Weakness:

NONE AT ALL

HOLY F*UCKING GOD!!!! I just got 4 of these yesterday from The Zeb, for an amazing 79.99 a piece. I built a custom box for these babies in the back of my Tempo, each sub gets its own 1.3 cubic foot ported enclosure. two of them are ported to the rear deck w/ those new subzone snake ports, and the other two are ported into the trunk. With the voice coils wired in series and then wired in parallel, i am pulling a 1 ohm load from my brand new Audiobahn A2200HC amp (349.99). Once again, HOLY F*UCK, these things are the gods greatest gift to car audio. I can''''t wait to get a decible tester to see what i am hittin. you can''''t even sit in my car w/ the music turned all the way up!!! it makes my air freshiners hit my winshield. when i put those crazy ass bass testing CD''''s in, i can make car alarms go off. when i pull in my driveway, my parents get soooo pist cause they shake everything in the house. this is by far the best setup for the money, everything, the box, subs and amp were around 800 bucks, you can''''t friggen beat that. my friend just had 2 kicker comp vr''''s put in his car, and he paid 100 bucks more, and i can way out slam him anyday. GO GET THIS SETUP FROM THE ZEB (www.thezeb.com) you will not be disapointed

Strength:

Power handling, natural sound, excellent bass response, clean and clear. Dont let anyone tell u different. Get it and u wont be sorry.

Weakness:

I dunno.... Maybe the fact that its so cheap which would make some people think its a cheap quality, however, thats the farthest thing from the truth I can tell u that much.

Iv got 2 of these subs and boy do they kick some juice. I placed these 2 subs in an enclosure that I built to specs determined by the manufacturer at 3.1 cubic feet. Being as how I have a hatch it amplifies the sound by way far..... These subs have vibrated my car worse than the potholes here where I live. Sometimes I wonder if my windows will shatter due to the violent thumps they put out. I wouldn''t dare max them out due to fear of going deaf although they can handle much more power than the 20% gain that i push out on my audiobahn 1300hcx amp. They look really awesome with the chrome finish and the thick foam surround which holds the non pressed natural paper cone. Its dual voice coils really make them worth the money. They can be set for 1, 2, 4 and 8 ohms as to basically match any amp out there. They come with a cloth as to clean off any print in case they would be used for show and trust me..... They absolutely win hands down for show. They can handle 700 watts rms yet sound like a 1000 watt sub. There is no comparison with regard to looks, sound quality and the value u get. Regardless to what some people say..... Get these subs. A good match for 2 of these subs would be the A1300HCX amp. Combined will exceed ur expectations u can most certainly be sure of that.

Forget it..... Theres nothing that compares for the price. If I were u id get this sub now before the name gets well known and prices find there way up.

deep, hard rattle your marbles bass, price is cheep on the web, i should''ve got it there.

Weakness:

big box in a single cab sonoma, nothin else

All I have to say about this sub is that this mutha will slam, I first had it on an Alpine T-130, but then i traded it for a sony 752EX 200x1 @4 ohms. That''s the amp i have it on right now, and it''s in the box built to audiobahn tech specs. The other day a guy I work with had two PPI tens on a Kicker ZR120 and mine was louder than his, and another guy I work with has two Kicker Comp VR''s on an American Pro 400 watt amp and my 1 AW1200X in a single cab sonoma wooped those comps'' ass. Two guys the other day thought I had 3 10''s , one thought 3 12''s, 4 twelves, pair of tens, all I can say is that this thing is bad, and I can''t wait to get mo power goin to it.
