Strength:
Good power capability
Weakness:
the boxes are to large, not that I have a problem with room in my yukon. I Would easily recommend these to anyone that wants to be in comps, but if you do not then I do not recommend them because you will go deaf. Similar Products Used: 15" Kicker Solo baric L7, and 15" Crossfires, but these blow them away. |

IT POUNDS SOO HARD IT HURTS!!
Weakness:
PRICE! and you might go deaf a little faster than a regular sub i paid $$$800 a piece for the bad asses and the are worth it! but the only bad thing is you have to buy some sweet ass powerfull amps too, so you can atleast power the damn things! i would recomend this to anyone who wants to pound and make the neighbors go deaf. Similar Products Used: Kicker Solo Baric's L7 and the Cerwin Vega,Vega Series |

Strength:
so danm loud! oh my god.
Weakness:
only good for comps not that great for just the averge listener. There sound quality sucks but as far as bass goes theres none other like a stroker i paid 1500 for a pair of stroker 12's brand new. I got em in my bck window of my truck witch is about an inch from ur head its is very crazy. I would recomend them to anyone who wants to kicki some serious azz in competion. Only using em fo a short time i already have the amatuer class around here by the grip Similar Products Used: with its very deep bass and high power capabilty i would compare it to the orion hcca |

Strength:
The stroker: 100% LOUD. i would have to say that this beast is the best. No one i have ever met can beat my strokers. Ive got two 18"DVC, running 1800w per. ive hit 165 decibels. and not in the ports. but right up against the windsheild. i dont do port tests, its just misleading.
Weakness:
The box size has to be huge! i have a '96 Neon. and let me tell you what 13 cubic feet wasnt easy, plus my Vega 10". so i had to remove my back seats. I love them. They are so very loud. But punchy at the same time. i know some people say they are sloppy, but they are wrong. mine are not sloppy at all. i can turn them down, i can turn them up. either way they sound good. Strength:
Incredible sensitivity, oustanding output. Hands down, for competition, Stroker's beat anything out there. Look at the 1999 dB Drag finals.
Weakness:
Ported boxes, given to extreme over-excursion below the tuned fequency. I have two Infinity Beta 300's bridged to a Stroker 18D. 2000 watts RMS. Handles all of it with no problems above the tuned frequency, but if I put so much as 500 watts at 25 hz I'll have a voice coil in my lap and polymer against the windshield. These speakers cost a bundle, but as newer speakers come out the price really is starting to be resonable. The sound quality is quite poor and the box is huge. But if you want to impress a crowd by laying your back windshield out on the ground at a dB comp. then Stoker is the sub you want. I've hit 148.3 with my single 18D, and this is SPL off the windshield, not that in-port reading that you get at some Outlaw dB contests. It hits harder than 2 Eclipse 8812's and a ZR600. If you don't compete.. don't buy one. Similar Products Used: Nothing similiar to a Stoker on the market. Have used Crunch(grin), MTX, Eclipse, Pioneer, RF |

These can no longer compare with the newer subs in terms of output. The strokers have a pathetic lowend. They have very poor sound quality. If you enjoy listening to music and not test tones, you don't want any strokers! |
