I have two 10" Comp. in a single reflex bandpass bridged on a Kicker Impulse 645xi, they sound fantastic for the power I give them. I often ten car alarms off as I drive down the road :) Sounds quality is pretty good, I wish the bass was a little tighter.

My 12' Competition Subs were hooked to a V12 Alpine Expert. They were being pumped with 330 RMS watts and they could out beat the best of them. I'm not sure if the twelve's were rated for 330 continous watts, but they sounded beatiful and they never cut out.

I recentle bought 2 -15inch Comps powered by a phoenix gold XS2500 bridged mono delivering 425rms x 2 @2ohms in a sealed box. They are so huge! They hit 144db and I puked cause the bass was so loud and deep. I love them but my friends think it sounds muddy.

I have two 15-inch Kicker Comps im running with a U.S. Acoustics 2300F. It delivers 300 watts rms to both speakers. They sound awsome, sound quality is great and low bass is astonishing. If low bass is what your after theyre rated for 20hz but i have a test disk and they were playing 1hz no prob. these things are awesome and i give kicker major props for these speakers.

I have 2 Kicker Comp 15's in a sealed box with a crunch V4004 pushing. It's pushing 350per in a 93 explorer. The low extension is phenomenal, at full volume it makes humans suffer from nausea. I've knocked my back windshield wiper blade off more times than I can count. Car alarms are easily set off from far away, if you're looking for acoustic correctness, add at least 1 set of 8" mids, 2 or 3 way 6x9", and some tweets. The 15's are absolutely power hungry. Kicker gets props for conservatively posting power ratings, and creating a monster in me.

i had 2 kicker 15" comps... Great speaker but want A LOT OF AIRSPACE and power..
P.s. to the guy who said you cant hear 1hz, your right, but you can tell if a speaker is HITTING or not by the effects.. you can feel it, and hear things rattling.

Dont call people and idiot until you know what you are talking about yourself..

I have two 10 inch Kicker Competitions There in a smaller box the box size is 1.75 cu ft. for 2. I only have a 75x2 watt RMS Thump amp but when your
setting in my car you can't see out of the mirrors

I have found a lot of loose things that I have got to fix on my car because of
These 10's

The Kicker Comp Ten inch subs really perform best at half their power rating and they can really kick. I had a set that I ran at 75watts each and they literally sounded like a set of 12s at twice the power!!!! I give these a 4~!

Model Reviewed: Comp

Strength:

They hit as hard as tens with the lowness of an 18"

Weakness:

Require lots of air space

I started out with two JL Audio 12 W3's and sold them and bought two 15' Comps and they put my JL's to same with my memphis 500D. I love my subs and wouldn't trade them for anything.
