Strength:

These subs can sound good with any enclosure and any amp, (with a decent amount of watts). They have a pretty good spl rating no matter what you do with them.

Weakness:

They could hit a litter lower, But dont get me wrong they pound at low frequencys.

For 100 bucks for the pair and 200 for the amp, im hitting at 138's-140's. I have 2 12's in a baja bug of mine. pushing 325 to each at 2 ohms, and its pretty lound. My car got broken into the other day. But since i installed it i bolted everything down so he didnt get away with anything. Thats how bad people really want these subs... If you want to go cheap, these are the way to go. Im getting 1 12 eclipse in about a week so im selling mine.

Strength:

they hit really hard I have 2 12" and they hit really hard i am pushing 200 watts into each sub so i send them plenty of power

Weakness:

I have them in a truck box and i think they will hit harder in a bigger box

I paid 100$ for both of them and for the price everyone should get them. i recomend them to anyone on a tight budget.

Strength:

Gut rumbling bass! These subs hit hard. they won't bring the house down, but they will rattle mirrors. I got these buy one get one free so that was a good deal.

Weakness:

A little distortion but thats because a have a crappy reciever. They have also broke the covering on my brakelight in the back, bu then again that's not really a weakness.

I have to say that I am overwell pleased. This is my first system and the hit good. I have a profile J.400 (profile makes good amps, regardless of what others say) and it pushes them great....but I want window shattering, back-breaking, don't sit in the backseat bass so I plan on upgrading my system. I'm getting and Autotek Super Sport 600.4 which will put out 400 watts on each channel when bridged at 2 ohms mono, but I don't know which kind of subs I should get. I can't decide between some MTX 8000's, Infinity Perfects (I've heard this thing hit hard as h*** too), or some Audiobahn AW-1200 or the 212's. Well when I get them I'll post another review.

Strength:

They hit hard. You can feel it in your stomach and ears. Extremely low bass.

Weakness:

Bass does not travel extremely far.

I have had 4 4000's for about a week and my hearing is going. I have 200 watts to each speaker and the sound isnt even muffled. It sounds great in a sealed box. I definitely recommend these speakers.

Strength:

Great price
Good structure
Good looks

Weakness:

Could hit deeper

There price was good and i had two in a jeep wrangler and it was just the right amount of bass you need. I had 90watts per sub and it sounded great. The only thing is that they could have been deeper in bass control. For people who don't want to spend alot of money i would recommend them.

Strength:

Good Clear Bass, if in the right box and powered by a good amp. In a bandpass box they hit pretty good at 40hz and are nice and clear. In a sealed box they hit hard and you can feel them well but poor sound quality.

Weakness:

dont carry at all, Quiet sounding outside most cars, bad frequency response

Great sub for the money, good for newbies and begginers that just want a ok sounding system. Good for impressing friends but dont expect people outside your vehicle to notice.
