Hitting low notes, clear and clean
Weakness:

This thing gets really loud. Too bad my 325watt amp doesn't take advantage of the 1000 peak watts it's capable of.
Weakness:
Everytime I turn the system up and open the trunk, there's this terrible tapping noise that seems to be emitting from the dust cap (you can duplicate that same noise by facing the back of your hand to a normal sub and have the sub tap against your fingernails, while it's thumping). I didn't think MTX's top of the line subs would have any problems at all. If anyone knows how to fix this, or even know what this is, please share it with me. This sub is overall great, but doens't give a hard piercing hit. This sub is responsible for further cracking my front windshield, hehe (the crack used to be 2" long, and is now over a foot). cant hit high bass worth shisnit I love it. Hit deep, Hard, and clear. Both front and back are cool looking. I have had lots of different subs. Infinity perfect, Kenwood, and JL. This 15 hits deeper than them all except for anything above 120 htz. So if your looking for a sub thats just bass. Here you go. But if you want your music to blend. try somewhere else.
