Strength:

Sounded perfect at first, construction is high quality. No restriction, flow through design.

Weakness:

Not sure wether I bought a defective piece, but the sound went way down-hill after a few months.

The sound was GREAT when I first put it on, low and smooth. After a couple of months it got higher pitched, louder, and raspy. Not sure what happened, but it really sucks now. It's on a car with a header, running 2.25 inch exhaust and no cat, so if you just add this to a regular exhaust, it should sound really nice.

Weakness:

SOUNDS A LITTLE RASPY UNTIL IT GETS HOT

I HAD A 50 SERIES DELTA FLOWMASTER ON MY JEEP,AND IT WAS FAIRLY LOUD AND HAD WAY TOO MUCH INTERIOR RESONANCE.I WANTED TO GET RID OF THE RESONANCE BUT KEEP THE PERFORMANCE,SO I GOT A MAGNAFLOW ALUMINIZED MUFFLER.BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE!THE MAGNA FLOW IS MUCH QUIETER AT IDLE,AND ACELERATION AND CUT THE INTERIOR RESONANCE IN HALF!AND I CAN TELL A DEFINATE IMPROVEMENT IN ACCELERATION THIS MUFFLER COMES HIGHLY RECCOMANDED BY ME

Strength:

Deep rumble, a little burble, quiet interior, great flow.

Weakness:

Maybe a little more sound?

Price included install. Good sound, waked the motor up alot. Removed resonator and now we have a nice rumble at idle and town driving. The first time I passed a car on the highway, I decided I was happy with this muffler. I drive with the back window open just to listen.

Strength:

The sound. Always deep in all rpm range. No fart can sound. It's just great. Quiet... not loud at all. I don't think it will attract police

Weakness:

None so far and I don't think I will find one :)

First, I it's my first performance exhaust. I bought this first for the sound. I don't want loud sound just a good sound. And I'm very satisfied. I've bought this muffler because it's a good quality product. Secondly, the SOUND! Quiet "almost like" stock when cruising or drive normally but when you hit the gaz pedal, the sound is very deep but not loud. For someone who has Hondas, this is the muffler you should have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! I don't know about power increase... I have it for 2 days now so I can't see it right now but I think it's more free-flowing than the stock one.

Strength:

Solid professional construction Gain in high end speed Sweet sounding tone once it gets hot Price

Weakness:

Lawn sprinkler sound till it heats up Sound volume is too loud (at least for me) Loss of low end torque

I got mine in stainless steel, since I previously installed a full stainless system to stand up to the road salt. The construction is solid and professional, its several times heavier than a regular muffler. As far as the sound, its a mixed issue. Until the muffler gets hot, it makes this sound like a lawn sprinkler and its rather embarrassing. I contacted Magnaflow and they were of no help, and after almost 20000 miles its still the same. But once its hot, it does have the neat powerful sound that they talk about. In the 2000 rpm cruising range, the sound level is a little uncomfortable but still sounds good. At the 3000 rpm acceleration range, especially when going uphill, its an eardrum hammering drone, similar to driving with the pipe broke behind the cat, only in my back rather than under me. I installed the muffler last summer, and Im really looking for something else. Hopefully someone makes a quieter stainless steel muffler. The price was lower than most other stainless steel mufflers I found. About the performance, I notice that it moved my torque band up a few hundred rpm. Before the Magnaflow, I used to have a low end grunt and didnt like to go fast. Now, Ive lost a lot of low end grunt, but on the highway it just wants to keep going faster. Its just starting to wake up at 65 mph. Overall, Id say as long as they all dont sound like lawn sprinklers till they get hot, and if you like your exhaust loud, then by all means go for it. The sound is sweet on a louder scale, and the construction is topnotch.
