Over priced, It is almost impossible to get the proper changes made. My agents was not nice atall.

I am a young driver. In the begining, the premium was high, then it started to go down each term. I was so happy. After 2.5 years then it started to increase. I had no violation or accident. The agent was not good. Switching an agent is not easy. Other agents don't take you cause I guess they get zero comission for a year if you are already with Farmers.
