Strength:

Sticks to road, sticks to road, sticks to road some more, handling, wet weather A++++++++++++++++

Weakness:

Dont last too incredibly long, but then again, with 3 degrees negative camber, what the hell does?

100 each for 205/45ZR17 HELL YES I RECOMMEND!

Better than anything else in the world, tied with Dunlop Sport W-10s, A-520s look better though

Strength:

Tire tread design and width gives you incredible grip, while the ultra-low profile looks awesome. This tire can take some abuse, I've run over so many bumps, potholes in this car at high speeds, and it holds up. I swore a few times that I had damaged them, but they are quite strong and will not blow out. In fact I ran over this bump that dented my rim very slightly, and but the tire was fine. I replaced the rim but kept the tire.

Weakness:

no weaknesses I think.

I bought them with the wheels. The whole set cost me 1100 cash. They (205/40's) amounted to about $120 per tire, but if bought seperately, were $135/each.

Because these tires are fairly cheap for what they're worth, I highly recommend them. You WILL NOT be disappointed, trust me.

My first set.. will buy again when they wear out.. I drive mostly freeway miles. I bought them at 35k, and now I'm at 59k. I've had them for about 6 months now and have eaten away about 1/3-1/2 of the tread.

Strength:

-Sticky as hell on the turns and launch
-Design is great

Weakness:

-Price, but its worth the price
-No warantee
-Tread can be lost pretty easily if you push the tire to the limit (I've been told, I'm pretty mild in my driving habits)

I have 205/40/17s

They're great on turns and they look nice, people compliment me on its tread design and sidewall appearance. People complain about not being able to do big burnouts because they pick up traction so much.

Not prone to blow-outs. I've seen other 205/40/17s blow out over uneven pavement and somewhat common road conditions. I have a pretty stiff suspension and mine the A520s are sweet. My springs are 500 lbs in the front, 400 lbs in the rear, and Tociko Illuminas all around set to setting 2. Call me crazy.

I'm a little hard on my ratings because 5 has to be perfect.

Strength:

Greate grip on every day road as well as on the racetrack.

Weakness:

Very noisy, tram tracking effect on uneven road surface

I can put up with the noise but the tram tracking effect I can't. I contacted the Yokohama sales rep in our region and was told this is normal for high performance tyres, I will not buy this product again.

Strength:

Grip, stability

Weakness:

noisy (but at the track it doesn't bother much)

205-50-15 used for track events and going to and from the track,
(Solo1 Events)
Used the tires for ~8 events, the grip is simply excellent. Better grip? It's available but I would have to move my car from stock class to prepared or modified.
