Strength:

Nice for highway driving, can easily pass other cars. Good on gas, large tank so you don't have to fill too often. Smooth driving, reliable, peppy.

Weakness:

Not sure what the major weaknesses will be down the road but I've noticed a few 'annoyances': right hand turn signal always gets in the way of the steering wheel - I keep it up high so it always bumps. The cup holders are crappy and can't really hold the weight of more than 1 cup - the other slips down and almost falls onto the floor. The seatbelts are attached to the doors and always getting caught in the door. The interior light does come on from time to time for no apparent reason but Ic heck for it everytime I get out of the vehicle so it's not a problem. I can't really think of anything else at this point in time. I can live with minor annoyances.

Have only had this car for 2 months so I can't say much about repairs at this point, although quite worried after reading these reviews. The car is in great shape and all or most of the typical repairs with this car were taken care of by the previous owner. The car's body is almost flawless, has a new paint job recently and was rust-treat every year. There are some tiny specs of rust at the edge of the doors on both driver and passenger side. It was highish in Kms (180,000 K) but it's a 6-cyclinder and I hope to get many years out of it.

THIS CAR LOOKS GREAT. RIDES VERY WELL, EVEN BACK SEAT IS TOLLERABLE. I'M NOT SURE BUT I COULD SWEAR THAT THIS CAR MAKES GAS GOING DOWN THE ROAD, SUPER MILEAGE.

Model Reviewed: Chevy Cavalier Z24 convertible

Strength:

Good gas mileage when driven in a good manner. Good exhaust tone, nice amount of torque. Nice suspension. Good handling and rarely breaks down.

Weakness:

Doors are heavy, car has a few leaks, but probably from the top. It's pretty loud inside with the top up, but it's not that big of a deal because it feels good driving a convertible, and a reasonably priced one at that.

This is one of the rarest cavaliers, and it is the best car I have driven to this date, and I have driven quite a few cars. I love the acceleration, but when it is accelerated, the gas mileage goes down considerably. The automatic is actually quite a nice shifting transmission and lets it accelerate quite nicely.

Strength:

I like to sporty look and the gas mileage is excellent, very low maintance car!

Weakness:

I can't say anything negative about my car!

I just love my car, it has been the best car I have ever owned. It just turned over to 177,000 miles and is still going strong! It starts right up every time. This car has NEVER gave me any problems, just the normal wear and tear! I hate to get rid of it, I would like a new one, but this one is one wonderful car...I don't want to part with it!

Strength:

Sporty ,cute , fast, and great miliage.

Weakness:

Made like crap. It sqweeks.

My family was nice enough to loan me the money for a car. I picked out my white Cavalier LS 4dr . 2.4L 4 banger, It had 68,530km and now its up to 75,450kms. Its a cute little car but it sqweeks when Im driving, and doesn't feel that solid. Avoid american made cars GM FORD AND CRYSTLER SUCK. Go foreign if u can.

Strength:

Peppiness (standard), gas mileage, inside styling.

Weakness:

Backseat uncomfortable (as can be expected with all coupes).

We purchased our Cavalier two weeks after we got married. It had 14 miles on (now close to 11,000). We haven't had any mechanical problems to date. We just started looking into what we could add to it and were amazed at the amount of aftermarket accessories available. We just had an exhaust system installed today. This is my second Cavalier and so far, so good.

My locks and power windows=(

My little cavi is so cute and I love it to death. Mileage is so good and I have never had one problem with it. Good stereo system too. Just wished I bought it with power locks and windows, but I can deal with it. There's so much stuff that you can do to a cavalier to make it look better and that's what I like too.
