Strength:

none. all the hype the car I made. well I guess you could say its strengths were me.

Weakness:

stupid drivers & ignorant people who don't maintain their cars.

I bought my blue cockroach of the highway in 1999.I was just starting a family and realized I needed something more family like than my 76 jeep.My wife didnt really like the car (it was to plain for her)For a strange reason I loved it.The car had 81,000 miles when I bought it today 03-21-03 it turned 200,000 miles old.IT has had its share of problems.(which I like to blame my wife for)She was to rough with the car ,I put a lot of money into the car such as a body kit,Z24 motor & 5 speed tranny, full exshaust kit, 18" motegi rims, custom interior, projector headlights, altezza tail lights & a carbon fiber hood. well two months after its final transformation as an import fighter (insted of a highway bug)it was destroyed my wife enjoyed speed & took a turn to fast. Thank God she wasn't seriously ingured, the police officer said she was very lucky judgeing the skid marks he said. she must have been do at least 130 mph, but after that every thing started to break. I put the car back together. It doesnt look near as good as it used to, but it will once again.

Strength:

Great styling, sporty, just a super car. Fantastic on ice and snow which we get plenty off. Gas mileage. Stereo is awesome.

Weakness:

Not really good for passengers on longer trips. Probably better if a four door but then not as chic.

I bought my spiffy little white 2 door in June, 01 after testing other models. I named her Camille. She had four miles on her and now is up to a whopping 12,900. She is also paid off, thank goodness! Camille got 42 miles to the gallon going to Omaha which is about 400 miles from me. That included my sister driving and getting lost for 1 1/2 hours.I love the fin on the back and think she is a groovy and sharp. I had an Intrepid before and while it was sharp it was also BIG.

style, value, cost, paint(green)!

Weakness:

car noise and a blown gasket at 80,000 miles(ha,ha)

I can not say too many bad things about my car. I love it! It's sporty, reliable(so far), and it has a great sound system. The only thing I don't like so much is the loud car noise inside but if you turn the speakers up you can't hear anything ;). All problems are solvable, it's called sound proofing!

Strength:

gas mileage, realiable

Weakness:

head gaskets, likes to eat brakes once a year or so.

owned this car for just over 8 years. replaced head gasket at 80,000 miles and again at 150,000 miles. Just turned over 173,000 miles and still going strong. would drive it anywhere. Always starts. Ill gladly replace head gasket every 80,000 miles if its gonna be this reliable other than the gasket problem. Great on gas, cheap to insure, and best of all its paid for.

Strength:

inexpensive, even BEFORE the rebate lots of extras for the price range (power windows, locks, keyless, tach, etc etc)

Weakness:

interior a little dated

I bought an 03 chevy cavalier LS coupe, black with grey interior. It is a 5 speed with power options, cruise, cd player, and tach. I just got this car a few days ago, so I can't comment on anything long-term. So far, though, this car has been a lot of fun. I am used to imports, like civics and vw's, so I was skeptical about a chevy. Despite a lot of harsh reviews on the net, I am still super-pleased with this car. It rides good and the stearing is tight. It is easy to drive and feels very solid, as well as dependable. Car is very well-equipped and had a great rebate.

Strength:

For the small engine it pack a punch of the line

Weakness:

The rust factor

The car has been vary reliable it has had no major problems. I had to replace the brakes but otherwise is has ran vary well. The body could use a little work from the factory the paint tends to chip and fade under the door between the bottom of the door and the frame. On the bottom of the doors they rust out faster then the rest of the car and u end up replacing the doors

Strength:

It was pretty stong sold it with like 200,000 miles on it. All I ever had to replace was the battery and the shocks and struts. With all the abuse this thing took from me, I was very surprised.

Weakness:

On the newer Cavaliers, I just wish that they didn't have that body molding on the doors, I don't like how it looks.

I loved this car (coupe), in Colorado we beat the sh*% out of it, offroaded that thing so much, took it mudding in Wyoming, did very well for a car. I am currently looking for another one.

Strength:

alright ride, sun roof, power is good for a 2.2L. over all a nice sharpe looking ride.

Weakness:

shock towers, head gaskets, waterpump, i like it but it is a money pit an never go to dynamic auto they rigg cars to sell them.

Well i bought the car for five hundred dollars, it had very high miles but the body was great and a clean smooth running motor and tranny. i was very pleased except for the bad shock tower in the trunk, and 5 days later smoke start rolling out from the hood. it was a blown head gasket, some one put stop leak in it to hide the problem.

Strength:

Good size car for getting aound town. Handles good in traffic.

Weakness:

Rough ride. Repairs costly.

No problems first 10 months. Then car blew a head casket with out any warning that the engine was over heating. Expensive repair. Now the check engine light comes on occasionally. Put new gas in goes off. Came back on put new plugs and plug wires in. Came back on still dont know why! Tired of spending money on diagnostic test everytime it comes on.
